How to fix OHGO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OHGO app on iPhone
Update OHGO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OHGO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OHGO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OHGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OHGO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OHGO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OHGO App
1. On android, goto Settings » OHGO » click [Force Stop]

Update OHGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OHGO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OHGO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OHGO.

Fix OHGO unable to contact server/ OHGO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OHGO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OHGO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OHGO
