How to fix Nect Wallet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nect Wallet app on iPhone
Update Nect Wallet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nect Wallet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nect Wallet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nect Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nect Wallet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nect Wallet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nect Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nect Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Update Nect Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nect Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nect Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nect Wallet.

Fix Nect Wallet unable to contact server/ Nect Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nect Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nect Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
