Close and restart the Costa Vida app on iPhone
Update Costa Vida app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Costa Vida iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Costa Vida on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Costa Vida network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Costa Vida App
1. On android, goto Settings » Costa Vida » click [Force Stop]

Update Costa Vida to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Costa Vida App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Costa Vida » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Costa Vida.

Fix Costa Vida unable to contact server/ Costa Vida internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Costa Vida » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Costa Vida » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
