I cannot log into my existing account, nor create a new account. Errors are reported whenever I submit my information, and I never receive an email when I want to reset my password. Please help, thanks!

Forgot password message is not sending me an email. It does not recognize my account. I've had it for years and have a lot of points in there. I went to Costa Vida tonight and noticed you cannot scan your receipt anymore. I tried logging in, but it won't let me. Help.
