Close and restart the Sonvida app on iPhone
Update Sonvida app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sonvida iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sonvida on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sonvida network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sonvida app issues:

Force Stop the Sonvida App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sonvida app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sonvida to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sonvida App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sonvida app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sonvida.

Fix Sonvida unable to contact server/ Sonvida internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sonvida » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sonvida » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sonvida on android.
