Using Firefox browser in Windows 10, trying to access my Elan VISA card account so that I can make a payment, the access starts, freezes, and this apparent error message appears: "PhotoShow" is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop that extension. [_S_top] Apparently you've infected my PC with something called "PhotoShow" that DOESN'T WORK. I'm type 2 Diabetic, with high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. This is not helping! Right now, I still have the email address madhawn@redacted , but I don't know when it might get shut down. It doesn't help that my electric company is subject to power outages.

Tried numerous times over the past 2 days to open the app with no sucess(blank white screen). Deleted and re-downloaded app numerous times. Still unavailable as of now. Thank you, J. Cronk

I can no longer access the app. When I tap the icon it loads a blank, white screen. I have deleted and the-downloaded the app with no change. I have also restarted my phone and that made no difference whatsoever.

App on my android phone will not work despite deleting and reloading. Tried clearing the cash and data. I still get the white screen.

Face ID not working on my iPad Pro 11. Any ideas for a fix. Had similar problem with Touch ID on my old iPad.

Have been trying for the past 2 business days to login to view the transactions on our 4 corporate credit cards and keep getting the message that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. Several recent transactions have been getting rejected, so trying to see what's up, if we're over our limit or something. How soon is the site expected to be out of commission?

Payments made on my account are not showing up or being posted. I've called their customer service line and am told they see it and it will "post today" but in two days it still isn't posting. Charges are not showing up either. Something is pretty messed up with their system right now, and it worries me.

New card trying to access the account online and it keeps giving me an error saying “unable to verify your information review information entry or call technical support” and I called support and they were unable to help me I’d like to resolve this so I can start using my credit card
