AMC Status

Episode keeps stopping for about 30 seconds then starts again for about 10 seconds then stops again for about 30 seconds and starts again for about 10 seconds over and over again

Just purchased AMC Plus. App keeps kicking me out in the middle of a program. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled app and this caused another charge. I called and got it removed but app keeps doing this. How can I fix this? So I can watch my shows

App is continuously freezing, for days now.

Everytime I try to watch a show it sits buffering non-stop. I have to back out and restart 1-2 times before it finally plays. When the episode ends and it tries to play the next episode it begins buffering again...

Always crashing when commercials come on. Then I have to restart the hour and re-watch all the damn commercial all over again. Who needs this!

What a rip. They need to address this. Never have issues with other apps. Anyone know a solution?

why can't i watch amc. i paid for a year.

Upgraded to AMCPlus..........paid a YEAR subscription in advance. Had it two weeks with no problems until today. Got and error message and now i cannot watch anything on AMC+ on Sundance, on Shudder or any of their others. Contacted AMC+ and as expected, i was told to uninstall the app and reinstall it (which i had already tried before contacting customer support) and i got a reply telling me all the other standard things for ME to "try" as if the problem was on MY end when i already knew the problem is NOT on my end, since i have a Roku BOX and a separate Roku TELEVISION and the issue is on BOTH, which tells me the problem is NOT ON MY END but with AMC+.....also, after i googled the issue i saw that HUNDREDS of other customers are reporting the very same issue. I HATE being lied to and that is exactly what AMX+ did. Now all i want to know is if the problem is going to be fixed or if i should cancel my YEAR PAID subscription.

Getting Error No Episodes in Shows message on my TV. App works on my IPad and Iphone. TV is a Samsung. Tries uninstalling app and reinstalling. Reset my router and tv. Nothing has worked.

App cases in the middle I programming and takes me back to log in screen.

I have AMC + , I watch it with Amazon Fire stick, and AMC will start buffing and the pictures become so bad I cannot see it clearly, what should I do to fix it

Watching online, amc tv shows suddenly crash after 10 or 15 minutes. if I get it to restart, it again crashes at same point each time. I have no similar problems with any streaming service, and I stream a lot.

App keeps buffering, stops then I have start different streaming service to get disconnected, start over then have to watch from beginning because cannot fast forward! Very disappointed!

I'm having the exact same problem with AMC+ buffering then timing out on Chrome Cast. No other streaming service is having this problem.

AMC+ will not load content to Chrome Cast, it just buffers then times out. All other streaming services work fine over the Chrome Cast.

AMC+ crashed 3x will watching Wisting. What’s going on?

The Apple TV app keeps quitting after about 10 minutes

Cant fast forward it buffers continously until i get a check my network message comes on. Also after ads it stays playing shows while buffering.

App on phone won’t let me log in. Keeps crashing before I can try to log in. App on Samsung tv starts to play show for 1 second and freezes and goes black

Show plays for varying amounts of time from a few mins to halfway through next episode then makes me choose sign out stating An error message: "401 time".. "(something I don't remember)" and "expired" then the link to sign out... very annoying. Makes me not want to enjoy the app.

Error network

The AMC app is not working properly. I can only watch live tv. App will not close when I try to exit the app. I have to disconnect my Apple TV and reconnect to get out of the app. This is the only app having this issue.
