I forgot my security answer and couldn't reset it by myself. Sent email complaining about the situation I was told by “jurgen” to reply with my phone number so they could call me which i did immediately. and nothing is still been done ever since. Tried calling your customer number I saw online no one picked up. I mean there should be a way to reset my security question and answer on Pockit without contacting this app. Simply put a rest button for convenience rather than frustrating people. I am very sure I'm not the only one facing this challenges.
Pockit is the worstest app I’ve never seen
If I could give star I’ll prefer not to give any star because it’s not nice don’t even try to put your money on it unless if you want to loose your money
Pockit doesn’t even allow me to transfer my money to my other bank. I felt captivated. Not recommended .
Customer care is not very responsive. Quality of the physical card is below par.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH £1500.00 IN IT. NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. ALSO THEY HAVE NO SUPPORT, ZERO. NOBODY TO REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT USE this app
All over this app was good to me but suddenly after locked the card from Pockit it’s randomly showing unable to login and also it’s been 5 days still my incoming fund is showing pending on my account .
