I tried to use this app twice in the past two weeks and both times they failed to find a resource. Once was for a locksmith and the other was for a plumber. I figured I would give them a shot as I love the concept. Not sure the issue but they didn’t deliver on either and you are just left hanging. I did the traditional calm approach on each and found someone in short order. Wish this app’s model worked but it doesn’t seem like they have enough resources to deliver on their promise.

My first try at this app was not good. I wanted to get an electrical outlet installed. The electrician contacted us and gave me a time of 11 AM after I asked for a 2p appointment. He said he could come in the afternoon but after 5 o’clock the prices would go up. I didn’t like his approach at all. Cancelled appt. Disappointed… I looked for Phone number of someone at this app but no such thing.

Didn’t do the job I hired them to do and overcharged me. Stay far away.

this app was solid in the early days, but the last three jobs I booked were highly inconvenient no-shows. I am sitting here now waiting for a handyman who was supposed to arrive 2 hours ago. Disappointingly, I can no longer recommend this app.

I’ve made 3 requests on Jiffy now for very basic plumbing jobs that should take a pro 10 minutes and was willing to pay the high cost. They couldn’t find a pro for any of the requests, Jiffy seems to be a waste of time.

Requested repair for our dishwasher. Never got a response. Waste of time.

110$ for an hour of cutting grass? This doesn’t seem like an all for everyday working people.

Upset that this app doesn’t accept Discover.

Needed a chair thrown out this morning before the snow came and Tom from this app was here within a few hours. Such a great way for contracting

It is really hard trying to find great service people. This makes it really easy. Jiffy is my “go to “ source for service folks

I don’t think you are coming to my area anytime soon (Mohave County, AZ), I hope you do so I can use this service. I will give a real review after I use the service. In the mean time I will rate 5 star because it looks like a good service.
