I tried to use Jiffy twice in the past two weeks and both times they failed to find a resource. Once was for a locksmith and the other was for a plumber. I figured I would give them a shot as I love the concept. Not sure the issue but they didn’t deliver on either and you are just left hanging. I did the traditional calm approach on each and found someone in short order. Wish Jiffy’s model worked but it doesn’t seem like they have enough resources to deliver on their promise.
Not a good experience

My first try at Jiffy was not good. I wanted to get an electrical outlet installed. The electrician contacted us and gave me a time of 11 AM after I asked for a 2p appointment. He said he could come in the afternoon but after 5 o’clock the prices would go up. I didn’t like his approach at all. Cancelled appt. Disappointed… I looked for Phone number of someone at Jiffy but no such thing.

I’ve made 3 requests on the app now for very basic plumbing jobs that should take a pro 10 minutes and was willing to pay the high cost. They couldn’t find a pro for any of the requests, the app seems to be a waste of time.
