[Solved] All of a sudden , the app forgets all my watched episodes. It erases them before my eyes!
I pay for the full services version of GV+. I can play any course on my PC, but not on my Samsung TV

📋 22 Reported Issues:
Cannot play any of courses that I have already been watching. Starts playing in short bursts and then stops for long periods. I see other users have the same problem so I know it isn't the fault of my computer or server. I wish to cancel my subscription if I can receive a reimbursement of the remaining time on my subsciption. I live in France but I wanted to receive this service in English. T here is no technical service I can talk to here in France. I tried calling a contact number in the US but waited an inordinate amount of time without being able to speak to anyone. Please send me my money back, or give me some answer on how I might be able to rece ive your product.
Wondrium won't load on the roku . BEEN ALL DAY.......FIX IT!
I can't log in . Tells me I don't have access to the server, or just will not connect at all.
Wondrium channel will not load on Roku. I powered the Roku device off and unplugged it, cleared the cache, checked both Roku and Wondrium for updates, cancelled my subscription to Wondrium so I could remove the channel then readd it and Wondrium still will not load. The Wondrium home page loads for a couple of seconds then closes and the Roku homepage is back on the screen. How do I resolve this issue
I have the same problem that is reported by others. While using the app the videos pause after 10-12 seconds. If I click play it will start but pause again after 10-12 sec. I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. I also tried to delete the cache and storage but storage delete didn't complete. The phone is a Fujitsu Arrows 801FJ.

I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. Same problem. The phone is a Samsung S22 Ultra running Android 12 with the latest update. I do not have this problem while streaming Wondrium (or anything else) thru a browser on this phone.
Wondrium courses stop after a few minutes, even when downloaded. No other streaming apps do this. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Changed to ok to run in background and never sleep. Problem persists.
Voice and picture way out of sync. Unable to understand periodic table (for example). Much more than minor irritation.
Wondrium will not cast to my TV via Chromecast. Was working fine before.
Haven't been able to watch Wondrous on Roku TV as usual for the past week and a half. All that comes up is a blue mountain scene. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but no luck. It kinda defeats the purpose of paying for the service, doesn't it?
Constantly blurry courses (APP on ROKU) for at least two months. Customer service finally acknowledged “it’s our server.” Horrible technical service— repeated calls, disconnecting, calling at night, conscripting me to be on their IT tech team, eg, “try this, try that.” Wondrium is breaking service contract for paid subscribers: can’t get content!! Get busy people — hire some competent staff and get another server!!
When I attempt to access wondrium (using the wondrium app on loaded on my roku device attached to my TV) the app open but only displays an image of a blue mountain. Nothing else. I deleted the app & reloaded only to see the mountain image again. Thanks
Wondrium no longer able to cast to tv via Chromecast. It no longer works from my iPhone or iPad. I can cast other items from Facebook, YouTube, etc. The issue is with Wondrium! One day it was working, now it is not. It does cast the header, but the lectures will not begin.
Every few minutes the playback pauses, and I have to restart it. I reinstalled the program, no change.
There is a glitch in the Dark Matter Dark Energy series. Episode 13 is completely skipped over.
I cannot access Wondrium on my desktip. I receive this message: "An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details. Could not write error message to log. Please use developer mode to see the message."
Samsung S20 phone with Android 12. Every time I wake up my phone, the Wondrium app opens. I can not find a setting in Android or Wondrium to stop this.
I am watching courses on a Samsung Android phone. It pauses almost every 5 minutes. After each pause I have to press play. This gets quite irritating. Is there a solution.

No courses will play. Always a network error. I don’t have network error. Fully connected to Wi-Fi as usual in my house.
