No matter how many times I report an issue with app malfunctions or applying my rewards, NO ONE responds. There is no point to use BGOOD , provide feedback, or frequent B.GOOD when the customer service is subpar. No communication from the Staff when they can’t fill an order via BGOOD . No phone call, text message, tweet, etc., NOTHING! Literally takes longer to use BGOOD , arrive and wait for food than to just walk in and order. I don’t get it. Maybe it’s just the Downtown location that I use that has issues with staffing or being too slow. But it’s more of a pain than it’s worth to even bother anymore.

I would love to give BGOOD five stars because it’s very easy to use and I like the layout. But for the past year almost every other time I try to order online through BGOOD it says that something went wrong and my order cannot be placed. I’ve brought this issue up with customer service a few times and gotten no fixes. Even the staff in my local store says BGOOD is super glitchy. If they could just fix this problem it would be a five star app!
I’m hopeful cause I love B.good!!!!

Just tried to place an order for pick up and it doesn’t even give the option for pick up. You can ONLY select delivery. It’s same thing with the website wasted my time and only used BGOOD / website, so I could use my rewards which can’t even use in the store, so it’s useless. Also should make allergy / vegan options clear when customizing and list ingredients in the bread (not on a different page). Not going to be using BGOOD or website any time soon if it only means for delivery.

After working successfully for years my app stopped working weeks ago, after the last update. It won’t let me log in, keeps bringing me to the “sign up” page then when I try to set up a new account under a different email it won’t let me do that either. I probably would have ordered several times in the last few weeks but struggling with BGOOD brings me to another food option.

I don’t know if this is a companywide thing or not but the people who work at the store can never ever ever get an order right.

I eventually got a response from this app. I don’t know the date of the original review but I think it took them about a month, which sounds about right for them. And the response I got was to send them an email to provide feedback! Let me be clear: I already went that route on prior occasions with NO response. this app be out to lunch...can I lower my review to 0 stars?

I have been seeing numerous double charges on my credit card.
For example I made an order last night for two kids meals. I got charge for them and I went to pick them up. However this morning I received another confirmation that the same order went through. And I was charged on my credit card even though I never initiated the order.

How do I look back I saw numerous other charges that looked similar. I am very unhappy about this and very disappointed usually I don’t pay attention to my credit card charges.

Please look into the matter and email me back. I am a long-time customer of this app and love the food and staff at the restaurant here in Greenwich. And I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

My wife changed her mind about why she wanted, but there was no way to remove an item from the cart. I accidentally ended up ordering both items for her. Once you place your order, there isn’t a way to cancel (for example, the Clover app allows you to cancel with 60 seconds of ordering).

Stop upgrading and ruining BGOOD . What happened to my points and old log in??

Maybe you’ve finally created a way to order a child vanilla shake 🤔 used to have to order that when I arrived after my online order.

Love the locally sourced food stuff, hope you can make that app work as well as the company’s eco philosophy sounds

Food is awesome and I usually get what I ordered but most recently they made my husband pay again for four drinks that were included in the order and left my bacon out of my bowl, which I had paid for. I called but hung up after being on hold for more than 20 minutes.

Very very disappointed. The presentation was nothing like the picture on line. The burger was tossed in the same one compartment with fries apples and carrots. All soggy together. Nothing like the way it is presented in a container with separations in your picture. The milk was in a large container like the ones that you squirt ketchup in. It leaked everywhere. So sad to report all of this. I usually am very happy with all my orders

Just this store, you know how pick up is. They bag it and expect you to walk away without looking that the order is right. So they don’t care. It’s never right. It’s not like they are busy. No one else is there. They are probably stoned.

Food always tastes great but the employees are never very friendly, always act like they are too busy to talk or welcome me into the store. When I order online BGOOD will say it’s done but the order is never actually ready. Great food but service is a little frustrating

Will the slab bacon ever come back on the menu? It might be the reason I fell in love with Be Good, in the first place. That’s possibly the best tasting bacon I have ever had. Pretty please, bring it back!!

I order from being good at least three days a week from my office. I don’t love the new menu, but I work with it. The zucchini spaghetti with eggplant meatballs was out of this world. So was the kale line cilantro warm salad. Both are gone. The cauliflower it was a great addition.

I order for pick up, and it’s fast and easy. Always ready when they say it is. Staff is friendly and helpful. The eggplant meatballs are my favorite!

Food is great! Options are delicious. I have one piece of feedback. The meat to bun ratio on both the burgers and chicken sandwiches is bad. Too much bun not enough burger or chicken. Likely there is enough to start with but both are shrinking during the cooking process.

I am dairy free, gluten free which makes it hard to order out. B. Goods offers real foods and the cashiers were helpful navigating the menu. Be sure to ask about the Low Carb power burger option. For some reason it’s not on the menu.

Absolutely smack, not much better there in Stuyvesant Plaza, if at all !! Very good prices, great options, whilst keeping it healthy and hearty !! Great quick lunch, and prepared in 10 minutes , if that !! Pickup or ordering to eat in, always a delicious option !

Just ordered this and had it in my hands within 40 minutes. Box is amazing! Packed with various veggies/fruits. So much better than going to the grocery store at this time

BGOOD is fairly impressive and I really appreciate how easy they make it to identify what’s vegan and what’s not. But the ordering experience could use some work because it feels like it hasn’t been tested enough against typical conditions.

BGOOD will always ask you to select a restaurant, even if there’s only one in town, and you choose the same one every time. Just default to the most recently chosen one please. And add support for Apple Pay!

BGOOD assumes that all pickup orders are takeout orders. This isn’t necessarily the case, I order with BGOOD because I want to make sure my dietary choices are made explicit and are respected. I’ve had poor experiences ordering in-person at B Good and BGOOD helps to prevent human error. However, takeout orders produce a ton of waste and I wish they would let you choose to “eat in” for your pickup orders.

Love the new rewards program! The new app works so much better than the old one, easier to navigate and track my orders. Much cleaner aesthetically.
