Placed an online order for curbside pickup. I always use my app to place orders. Pick up time was 10:57. I get there at 11, give them 5 minutes more because the parking lot was pretty full. Call the restaurant at 11:06: advised I was there for my order. Danica thanks me for letting her know, gets my car description and location and tells me it was ready and will be right out. At 11:22, I walked in (in pjs and a mask because I wasn’t feeling well, which is why I ordered curbside) to everyone standing there talking and laughing. I advised I had been waiting on my curbside order for a while. She looks at the order that was sitting in front of her, confirming it’s mine and hands it me. I drive the 2 1/2 minutes home and opened my order: COLD rubbery eggs and ham jerky. I swear it was sliced and cooked to jerky! Now I frequent this restaurant a lot. They usually do fairly well, with a few bad days... understandable. This was NOT acceptable food or service.

The location in Rincon has horrible service. I order online, curbside. No one answered the phone when I got here. I waited longer to pick up my food and it still was not ready. I wait 50 minutes for my food for them to tell me that they did not have Turkey sausage. They could have called me, like they did before to tell me that. We do not eat pork. I asked for chicken, she said it would be an up charge...? What happened to customer courtesy? The I asked for a refund and they did not have a manager there or anyone who knew how to do it. I had to give them
my order number and HOPE that this unorganized place actually process the refund. Never again, this place has went downhill and the last few times I’ve been there, it’s been horrible service. I’m Completely done!

Had a late lunch at a new place nearby,Huddle House located on the corner of Haltom Road and Watauga Road, we’ve been waiting on it to open, today is the day, the food is made fresh to each order, good friendly service, a bit noisy but that’s because they have lots of hard working staff to make sure you don’t need anything, the atmosphere and theme are very nice, extra long booths for families, the menu is easy to read and self explained, they open at 6a to midnight full menu all day, hope to see you there soon, thank you to Jaz for her happy smile and good service

I ordered through HuddleHouseApp & curbside service. 20 minutes after the order said it was ready they had not brought it out. I went in to get to get it & they said they bring it out if we call to ask that. The food was barely warm & we paid for a 5 star chili to which was left off the order. The grill cheese had bacon on it that was not ordered & the baked potato had bacon in it that also was not ordered. I expect to be reimbursed or something in exchange for such a terrible experience. The breakfast part of the order was correct & tasted good other than being barely warm.

I hate writing reviews like this but it’s needed for others. What good is a semi functional app when the dang restaurant can’t seem to get the order or at least claim they didn’t get it an hour after it was supposed to be done and we are sitting in the pick up location in the vehicle described. After going in and waiting..... finally getting asked if they could help, duh yeah not just standing here coz my feet were bored, they claim they didn’t have any orders. Though the receipt I had from this worthless app showed the order and they were paid. Never go to Huddle House again, a t least this location until the idiots get a new manager or they have to close down.

Ordered off of HuddleHouseApp for curbside service which we do at least three times a month. Waited in parking lot for 10 minutes. No one came so my husband went in and seen a bag just sitting on the table. So he asked the waitress if that was our order and she said i dont know! So he went and grabbed it and she was so insulted by the fact that we wanted our food which they were supposed to bring to us!! There were three inside customers, so they were not so busy that they could not bring our food when it was done. Very disappointed with the service.

We frequently visit the Shelbyville, TN location when in town and always have a great meal at a reasonable price. The restaurant is well kept. However, we have ordered curbside twice lately when a lady manager is there late at night, and our food was not brought out to us. I complained and all I got was sorry ma’am! When the guy manager is in duty everything runs smoothly.

This Location Is A Great Place To Come And Sit Down And Placing A Order To Eat And / Or Do A Take Out Order. The Waitresses Are Very Much Respectful And Has Quite Of Bit Knowledge When It Come’s To Knowing Wat Is The Stuff On The Menu. Also I Can’t Speak For Anyone Else But The Lady’s And The Gentlemen Are Doing A Phenomenal And Amazing Job For Everyone That Has To Eat During The Coronavirus Shut Down And The Restaurant Worker’s Risk There Life Just So We Can Have A Nice An Hot Meal

Literally the worst service, waited over an hour for my order. And when I did get my Order they didn’t give me all of it waited longer and got tired of waiting so I left with out the rest of my food. Not mention they gave us little kid cups. Or the hour we spent calling them and nobody would answer the phone so we had to order online. Also when I walked to the door to ask about the rest of my food you could hear the lady that was cooking screaming. And the guy that kept coming to the door needs lessons on customer service.

Placed order thru app and it says completed but when I arrived at Brookwood location, was told they did not have the order. Cook said he did not have time to address it and to call the manager. Very dissatisfied with customer service and response. Manager stated that he could not do anything about it tonight and would call me when he came to work. Waitress then said that she could not do anything. I was NOT even offered a meal to pickup later to replace it though she looked at my completed confirmation. Did not receive food and would like a full refund.

I ordered a curbside order online. Arrived at the Paragould store at the time my order was to be ready. I called to let them know I was there said it would be ten minutes. After 15 I called again with no one answering the phone. I went inside to be told it would be another 10 min. After another 15 minutes I walked back in to see my order sitting bagged up. I got home with it and it was cold and incomplete. Now I try to send a review and takes another 30 minutes to come up with a nickname in order to send the review.

HuddleHouseApp works great and is easy to use. Only problems I have with it are that there is no option for reporting severe allergies and no option to just add eggs. (Tip if you are using HuddleHouseApp and are manly just wanting extra eggs to go with your main order, the cheapest way to do that is the deal section on the bottom right, unless you want an omelette that is.)

I want to thank the staff at the Clayton Georgia location. Even though they were only 2 people working. They made sure my order was perfect. Excellent food and great service. These 2 individuals needs a Commendation from their Boss.

There was price difference in HuddleHouseApp total than what was actually charged to my credit card. $1.70 was charged extra. Not a big deal but I was over charged according to what the application said was owed. No other complaints other than that

Ordered meal at 0945 with curbside pick up
At 10:00. Good never came out, went inside because I only had pajamas and food was sitting up there getting cold, while a number of employees were available. Got back to my car still in pajamas and was missing an item. Back in and to get the item, no apologies, meal credits, not sure if it be used of my race or are they sorry hosts!!! Finally received full order at 10:30. Made it home and everything is cold and soggy! love to speak with management!

I drive 1 hour round trip to eat here for breakfast. Some of the food is really good especially what I can actually eat. Not big on paying for something I can eat. I ordered over well eggs. When I get home I don’t want to find half cooked eggs🤬🤬. Don’t ask me what I want if your not going to make it right. Irritating A.F. to get home and my order is wrong. Would give five stars but the incompetence warrants 2stars at this time. 520 fire station rd Clarksville TN

I will never eat here again!! They are super slow. Told us that our order would be ready at a certain time and we actually gave them extra time before arriving at the restaurant to pick up or online order. When we arrived they were just then putting our food on to cook and told us it would be an additional 10 minutes. Well the 10 minutes ended up being another 20 minutes waiting. NEVER AGAIN!!

I love the Huddle House App! It’s very user friendly and the rewards are fantastic! I use HuddleHouseApp at least twice a week and have never once experienced an problems with my order. I only have one request.. Please add the option to purchase additional eggs to the breakfast menu!!

I have used the curbside pickup a few times this year and haven’t encountered any mishaps. The staff will call if they need clarification of my order and it’s usually done before the estimated time.

Love HuddleHouseApp and your reward points after purchase show up quickly. I also like the fact that after i update HuddleHouseApp , I do not have to log back in to my account. This make it very easy when you may not know your password.

My husband and I love coming here because the food is so delicious! We love breakfast!! Amber the waitress knows what we’re having every time we come in...she has our drinks ready! Makes us keep coming back as well as the delicious food. Mary is also a great waitress.

The Huddle House on 280 in Chelsea is a welcoming spot for anyone with a hunger for good food and great service! The folks there make you feel like family ( in the best way) and no matter what you order, the food is awesome! Love this place!!!!

Marie, our server at the huddle house on watson blvd in Warner Robins ga, is friendly, patient, and efficient. She explained the huddle house app for us very well. Ask for her during your visit. Marie has the skills to work in a five-star restaurant!

We had breakfast there this morning. I was fantastic. There were 4 of us. We were very pleased. We have never got anything there that wasn’t great.

Excellent app. Could make some improvements but essentially you can get to know all the menu and store location.

Food is awesome, many choices, entire menu can be ordered at any time

This is a lovely place when you are busy with kids and work

I enjoy eating here at Huddle House at least five times a week, the service is great, the food is done to my satisfaction and the friendliness of the employs here.

We drive over 20 miles to the huddle house the food is delicious, great value, good service, you can’t ask for more.

Great selection to choose from. Breakfast all day is a plus. Reasonable prices and great prompt service!
