I can't make purchases for pick up directly from it. I don't care that much about the rewards not do I want to peruse the menu just for the hell of it. If you develop an app make it useful. You paid somebody for it make it work for you

Why have an app if only select locations use it and then not say that. It’s not useful as my local doesn’t use it and I don’t go out of town much. If most locations can’t use it why even have it?

I stop at Captain Ds in several local cities. I went to register with CaptainDsVIPRewards. CaptainDsVIPRewards required me to select a location, there were less than 10 locations listed around the country.
I deleted CaptainDsVIPRewards.

CaptainDsVIPRewards is awful. It’s no wonder there are so few Captain D’s. It’s a shame. I like them better than Long John Silver. I tried to set up an account, but it kept listing Captain D’s in Mississippi. I have no idea why it did that as Mississippi was not the state I listed as my state of residence.

I have been to several restaurants all have the same issues. Either they have no idea how to scan it or after it is scanned it doesn’t work. I eat at D’s 2 to 3 times a week.

I keep trying to use CaptainDsVIPRewards because I eat captain D's about once a week but it won't work anywhere so I haven't gotten any rewards! Deleting this useless app!!

I have yet to be able to register my card or get my free dessert or any points. Why give the cards if you can’t use it.

I was walking into the store and the display went from 500 to 0. So much for that. Deleting app. Never got my reward.

CaptainDsVIPRewards only works for a few locations, i thank most are in TN. Deleted it right away.

It will not find the store location in my town of Woodstock Georgia, all it has listed is ones in Ala area. I put in my zip code and nothing comes up. The store here in town has been here 5 years or better. When you fill out everything to get a card that’s the area that does not work. We eat there about 1-2. Times a month.

App is updated with locations and you can display your loyalty account with a QR code if you don’t have a card. Still cannot place an order through CaptainDsVIPRewards but sure that will come in time. A ways to go for 5 Stars, but better than 2 for sure!

Just reluctantly downloaded CaptainDsVIPRewards and registered for a card after reading the negative reviews. I received the initial 100 pts and went online to enter my code from a previous purchase. So far so good. Will reserve adding another star if all goes well moving forward.
