After pressed complete order. It just buffers and never pass 5hat screen. Have not been able to order food for 3 days. I reinstall app and still stays frozen on order page

How to fix Allset app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Allset app on iPhone
Update Allset app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Allset iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Allset on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Allset network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Allset Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Allset not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Allset App
1. On android, goto Settings » Allset » click [Force Stop]

Update Allset to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Allset App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Allset » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Allset.

Fix Allset unable to contact server/ Allset internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Allset » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Allset » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Allset
