Once an item is placed on the cart, you have agreed to sell and I have agreed to buy at that price and you must hold that price long enough for me to receive answers from your customer service VIA CHAT NO LESS confirming compatibility with the car for which the parts are being ordered. If you are into playing games, two can play. One can load the cart, pay, cancel, delete, and create so much overhead to make you customer service spin like a top. I QUESTION THE LEGALITY OF THE WAY YOU ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS. It appears you have a team of commodity traders watching what gets loaded in carts and artificially juggle the prices in real time to increase your profit factor as if the carts were engaged in an auction bidding for a higher price. Worst, you may keep clients waiting for answers in your chat to buy time to increase the number of “bidding” clients and sell out at a pre-targeted price much higher than the original lower prices advertised. Slick! Not pleasurable doing business with you on these terms.

The links send you in loops and you never actually get anywhere it feels like they want to scam you. Super complicated and lots of labels and information they say they “need”
They sent me the wrong part and I need to spend tons of time trying to return this stupid part. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again

Wanted to order rear rotors for my Audi RS6. Rotors are directional - left and right. Different OEM numbers and different pricing. App is not letting me to order one left and one right. It adds 2 left and 2 right. After contacting customer support being asked for VIN. Gave them OEM numbers but their specialist needed VIN to check fit. After having VIN was asked what is the diameter of the rotors. God save from such specialist. 😂. Customer support needed order number. “Lovely” is that i will get the number after paying with Pay Pal 4 rotors and they will change my order and i strongly rejected impossibilities cause my money will disappear in ignorance.

I bought a part for my car I waited almost 2 months when I was told it would be 20 days. Also, when I got the part I went to the shop to replace it it was broken and didn’t work. And now it’s been almost a month trying to return and refund the money, but I didn’t get and thing yet, they say they need to approve the warranty. I am not a mechanic to know why the part doesn’t work all I wanted is to replace and fix my car, and now I’m not getting a refund and now even half of the what I paid to the shop to replace it.

The web site and AUTODOC said that the part is on Slovenian stock and would be available to me in 2 working days
Ended up writing an email 4 working days later because the part has just started being shipped from Poland to Slovenia
Just not acceptable as I will not be in Slovenia anymore and I will now have to have somebody else do the job of Autoparts company of having it shipped to me.
Not to mention that I need the part and I ordered it from this vendor as they said it will be available in 2 working days

AUTODOC makes you pick your country so you get a price in another countries currency. The options do not include to pick the United States, so I cannot even begin to price the needed parts... too many issues, can’t find an answer from their customer service people.

I ordered an exhaust end silencer but the delivery system will not ship to my location. I tried calling customer service but all they said was to get a refund. They didn not try to even get me my package whatsoever.

Look no further for a international car parts app , AUTODOC has everything and it’s very accurate and you can match OEM part numbers. App gives detailed specs of even the smallest of parts.

Been using this for quite some time, and it works great. Sometimes, I can find items on the website that are not listed in AUTODOC , which of course is a little inconvenient. But mostly it's a good app

Feels like the future of car-parts car-buying. They have all brands/suppliers and usually at discount prices, so everything is very transparent. Hope it stays this way.

If you could set up a search in a little more detail, specifically around the disc brake pads, at least which ones and on which the engine is not written, you can narrow the models for this one, at least for that one.

As a new customer, the first and lasting impression is quality customer service. I look forward to ordering all of my car parts at this app in the future.

Why advertise AUTODOC if there is no my country in AUTODOC settings? Waste of time

My rims arrived perfectly, but my K and N air filter was the wrong size and fit- even after I entered my exact car model. I was told that since I mounted the air filter already, they cannot take it back. HOW COULD I DETERMINE IF THE SIZE WAS CORRECT OR NOT WITHOUT FITTING IT?
