My bad experience
I purchased some crocs on the website, because it was my first time purchasing anything from them I used my cash app card for a payment method. Before it even completed it told me that I had to use a different card, okay, that’s fine I can use a different card once I get home and settle. Once I got home to order my gift again , my money was off my cash app card, once I went to go look into it to remember if I already cashed out, I saw Spartoo still took my money, but I have no order history, I have no confirmation email, no delivery , no nothing ! So I need help on how to reach these people a different way ! Just a waste of my time and Christmas.

Great experience!
I have made 2 purchases in Slovakia so far and both to my full satisfaction! I would like to add that the customer support is very helpful, approaching and goes beyond their job responsibilities! The items I’ve bought are exactly as described and viewed in the pictures. Fully satisfied and for sure I’ll be using Spartoo in the future too.

I live in the US and I use ShoesandfashionSpartoo to buy Irregular Choice brand shoes. Good prices, and fast shipping. Every couple of months they seem to renew their selections and offer a wide variety of sizes. Customer service is also fast and helpful. They have a rewards program too. Glad I found this gem. Thanks

Can’t even sign in
I have signed on before to the Spartoo website using Facebook. Although ShoesandfashionSpartoo brought me to the Facebook sign-in page and registered a successful sign-in, when I returned to ShoesandfashionSpartoo it simply gave me the log-in page again. I tried several times and clicked on the Facebook log-in, but nothing happened. Useless until fixed.

Seems to be a data mining app
They get all your information on the web site then tell you to use ShoesandfashionSpartoo .
ShoesandfashionSpartoo doesn't work either but you keep trying and give them access to your facebook.
I figure this is just mining all my data and now has more information from me to purchase items.

Poor. I can't complete a transaction. I shopped, chose items, and chose my payment method. The transaction did not reach PayPal. I tried several times. Even called PayPal and contacted Spartoo. What a waste of good shopping time. I really wanted the items I chose too. 😩
