My app will not finish the process of accepting my receipts. It takes the pic but goes right back to the beginning. I try over and over again, once 40+ times before it finally went thru. I've been emailing pictures of my receipts when that happens and they usually give me credit but I've sent the last three and haven't received a reply. I have a fourth receipt that I'm working on submitting from our visit last night and it's doing the same so that's why I googled and found this website. Hope it helps!

Update DQ Texas app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DQ Texas iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DQ Texas on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DQ Texas network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the DQ Texas App
1. On android, goto Settings » DQ Texas » click [Force Stop]

Update DQ Texas to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DQ Texas App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DQ Texas » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DQ Texas.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DQ Texas » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DQ Texas » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
