gymondo operates out of germany, making them exempt to reporting to the better business bureau -which is unfortunate because they get away with unauthorized charges! i paid for a 3 month subscription. as the end of my subscription approached, i went online to cancel my subscription. to my surprise, my password (which never changed) was not allowing me access to my gymondo profile in order to cancel. i looked and looked for a contact number to no avail. at this point, i was lead to believe that my membership had expired. within approximately 10 days, gymondo decided to charge my card for an additional 3 months - this charge was not authorized. the funny thing is that, now (approximately those same 10 days later), the same password allowed me access. if i had any questions, which i certainly did, i could only pose them through their website portal once logged in to gymondo. i requested, multiple times for my subscription to be canceled immediately and process a refund. they NEVER responded nor did they refund anything. the worst part was that when you email them, you receive no copy of conversation (or attempt of conversation, in this case) to help support your dispute through the credit card company. therefore, gymondo ultimately, somehow gets away with taking your money. it is quite frustrating that businesses can get away with this. if i walked into their business and walked out with merchandise without paying, i'd be arrested but it seems ok that they can walk away with my money without consequence. PLEASE BEWARE!!! gymondo gets ZERO stars from me.

I attempted to cancel before my free trial was up and haven’t gotten any response from customer service about it except the automated messages. Then I was charged $85 because
No one could help me out with canceling the free trial in time. You would think it would be on the app to cancel at any time, but I have tried multiple times and haven’t received any support. I don’t care about any reviews about how good the workouts are. If you don’t have good customer service, your product isn’t worth it.

I wanted to try it out to see what it was about. After having it for almost a month I realized I had only used it about three times. So I decided to cancel. I have reached out various times in the past few days about cancelling. All I get is an automated response that they’re working on the issue and will get back to me within the next 24 hours. They have not. I am trying to cancel before the next billing period.

Workouts are fine. Didn't end up working for me long term to work out online. Skeevy customer service.
I had bought an annual membership a year ago, stopped using after a month or two. Last week I see on my bank statement that the membership auto-renewed. I received no notice it would renew (I checked my email and spam). I cancelled the same day, and they would not refund the money. They just keep saying they always notify 3 days ahead of time. THEY DIDN'T. Such a scammy move to make someone pay a year's worth of something they won't use.
