The MPLS Parking app, powered by ParkMobile, is a mobile application that allows users to easily pay for on-street and off-street parking in Minneapolis. Users can also reserve parking spots ahead of time in lots, garages, venues, airports, and universities across the country. The app is available in over 370 other cities across the United States, including New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and more.

Great App
I love this app. It works perfectly. I had to laugh at the reviewer who gave it one star because he couldn't remember his own password. I would give the reviewer one star, but I wouldn't blame the app. Then there was the reviewer who complained because there is a $0.25 charge per transaction. If it's too expensive, don't use it, but that doesn't make it a bad app. This app provides a service you cannot get by paying at the meter. You do not need to return to the meter to add more time. Very nice if you've gone to dinner and underestimated how long it would take. Just add 15 or 30 minutes with a few clicks while seated at dinner. Tell me that isn't worth $0.25.

Never fumble at a meter station again
Essential app if you park a car in Minneapolis. Type in the meter number from inside your car, avoiding that dismal experience when you're stuck behind someone who can't operate the meter station. Get warnings when your meter is about to expire, extend time on the same meter. Well worth the 25¢ per use fee.

Server down can’t log in
Don’t count on the app to work. Nothing worse than finding parking during the snow emergency rules, only to have an app that doesn’t work. NOTE: If you are unable to log into the app, try from the web browser on your phone. Click the help button and you’ll eventually get there.
