How to fix Keelo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Keelo app on iPhone
Update Keelo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Keelo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Keelo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Keelo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Keelo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Keelo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Keelo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Keelo » click [Force Stop]

Update Keelo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Keelo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Keelo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Keelo.

Fix Keelo unable to contact server/ Keelo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Keelo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Keelo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
