Wetherspoon Status

When I choose a pub and tell the app my table number and click on continue the app asks me to choose a pub again over and over.

If you do not have an email address this app is useless.

The app hasn't worked properly for 6 months or more. Sometimes I order food and a drink, get to checkout and the card scan doesn't work (even though it is surrounded by the green box) so I go to manual only to find that isn't accepted either. Other times food is chosen, then drink, then I'm not allowed to go any further. The last time I tried to use the app I was with 2 friends and all of us got to the point of paying when we were told that the food we had ordered was no longer available. When we went to the bar we ordered the same meals without a problem. Before this period the app worked perfectly every time- what happened?

Been trying to access app to see which drinks were available but all I get is "menu not available" and to check my wi-fi, which is working. App worked ok earlier in week.

Why if it's not broken alter it. Like thousands of others I can no longer use my app. Having no legs the app saved me a lot of bother. I now can't go out by myself as going to the bar is a struggle.

Wetherspoons app was working fine until 3months ago, now it says it is not compatible with my phone.

I was in weatherspoons last week ..4 of us two people on three network two on ee.the two of us on three could not use the app latest version all on android . The two on ee could use the app no problem.

I can't download the app it tells me me it is not suitable for my phone the phone is a Samsung j5 about 3 to 4 years old thank you

Very upset , I cannot use your app any more , to me it was very important , everyone is saying it's because you have invented a rubbish new app that thousands of people cannot use on older style phones , it must be costing you a fortune , without the app to save unnecessarily travelling for sometimes ales that I cannot drink I have started to visit other pubs locally , along with thousands of other people who cannot use the app any more , the new app is a very bad idea for your business , kindly revert back to the app that actually used to work and sack the people who invented your potty new app ! ! !

Got a message yesterday to update the app on my 3 year old android phone, when I tried to update the app I get a message 'this app is not available on your device'. There is no going back to the older version. I used to use the app a lot especially the ale finder to see which ales are available in my local Spoons pubs. Without access to this app I am less likely to visit Spoons and more likely to visit other pubs instead. The developer says bug fixes, it seems they have created a bug as though don't want people with older phones using their pubs. I'm not going to change my phone because every other app works fine, but Spoons will be getting my custom much less often because of this stupid update.

Drop down menu for drinks will not drop down. Latest iOS and app versions in play. Any ideas?

why oh why did you have to change the app. A lot of older people like me have been using the app to order drinks and food, and have older phones that they know how to use, now I have too struggle to get to the bar and order. If it's not broken don't mend it. Why not run two apps that do the same thing and make life easier for us all.

Old Wetherspoons app not working on Android phone. Error ..."your device is not compatible with this version." The new version will not load at all, just displays blank screen.

Been using your app this morning... ordered and paid for my breakfast with no probs. Decided to load latest version of app so deleted my current version and tried to load your new latest version. It's now telling me my phone is no longer compatible. That's the same phone I used to order my breakfast this morning.
