Circle Medical is a primary care clinic that offers same-day or next-day video appointments with a provider. The app is currently available in 12 states and accepts most PPO insurance plans with no membership fee to join. The app offers a range of services, including COVID-19 assessments, annual physicals, chronic disease management, sexual health consultations, sickness or injury visits, blood tests, prescriptions, referrals, and PrEP. The app also syncs vitals taken by your doctor with the Health app.

Over 30,000 patients have used Circle to establish an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for their general physical and mental health, preventive care, medications, referrals and treatment of chronic conditions — in addition to urgent issues that come up. Currently available in 12 states (AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA) and accepting most PPO insurance plans with no membership fee to join. Circle Medical is a UCSF Health affiliate.
