DO NOT USE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!! Do NOT use them they are going to steal your money and then you can’t call to speak to anyone ! They need to be shut down immediately !! I had a cold and a bad cough and it wasn’t going away so I looked for a telehealth appt to get some antibiotics . I made sure that they accepted my insurance , which they said they did and I should have only done a $20 copay. After my appointment I get a bill for $450 , saying it was out of network and that I owed $170 ! Kid you not my appointment was 15 minutes and all she did was prescribe me antibiotics . I obviously would have never made this appt if I knew to pay that much , why do I have insurance then? I tried to reach out to circle medical and it’s impossible , they finally chatted me back saying I need to reach out to my insurance company …so I did …and they couldn’t get a hold of circle medical either to see what was going on. What they did find out is that they bill under a different provider name (whom I did not see, and who is out of network!!) so now I’m stuck with paying them $200 and not being able to get through to anyone to dispute it !! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They need to be SHUT DOWN AND STOP STEALING OUR MONEY !!

Same Day Service with Bridge Script for ADHD … Blown Away

My primary care doctor of 15 years referred me to circle as they had been tied in legal issues to where getting an appointment was difficult. I hate changing medical providers and lost hope. I was very skeptical of telehealth…especially for prescription refills of controlled substances. But after 30 days off medication, I decided to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did!!

I was pre diagnosed with ADHD for my adult life so I didn’t have to wait the standard 2 visit for newly diagnosed patients. This is a great service for honest patients with real medical needs but if you are seeking meds, then search elsewhere. CircleMedical was buggy in spots…especially on checkout….however the same day appointment still showed up in my list. The overall benefit is a game changer. The script was sent immediately following my appointment and everything was digital. No more long waiting rooms!

My provider was on time, very understanding and felt like she cared about my health more than my doctor ever did. She asked me if I had considered alternate medication since my symptoms indicated I could have been on the wrong meds. I’ve been thinking about it for quite some time and for her to deduce that from a simple conversation made me hopeful.

It was my first visit so maybe I got lucky with the provider but if you felt down like I did….don’t hesitate. The experience is great and hopefully it helps you all as well.

They stole $1000 from me in one afternoon

DO NOT USE CircleMedical THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

At first I thought this was a great service I have ADHD and thought this could be a quick easy way to get a prescription that helps. SEVERAL SESSIONS LATER I was told my insurance would cover the virtual appointments and the claim would have to be switch to Cash. At this point the total I would have to pay would be $749. I asked about an installment plan and one of their representatives offered me two payments 3 weeks apart via CircleMedical with absolutely no indication of when that would start. Today they charged my account 9 times in a row totaling $1000 which is $250 more than I even owed in the first place. They did not answer their customer service line and took several hours to respond in the messaging part of CircleMedical . There’s absolutely no consistency in who you speak to as far as their patient care coordinators are concerned. Absolutely no communication that payments would be withdrawn. They blatantly disregarded a promise their representative put in writing in their app. Don’t be fooled it might seem like a great alternative at first but it will absolutely come back to bite you.

DO NOT USE CircleMedical BY ANY MEANS THE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Terrible for adhd treatment

I have a prescription that is a schedule 1. It’s difficult for me to handle mistakes in my medication from providers, because I don’t have any flexibility to plan for issues when they happen. Circle medical has no one you can contact to address issues quickly, and rely on app notifications that by design have long gaps between responses between patient and provider. Despite being proactive and asking multiple times how to avoid gaps, circle still messed up, and recommended I use solutions that failed, like truepill. Do not use this service for adhd treatment if you can’t handle days and weeks of gaps in your treatment plan. I would say never use truepill as a fulfillment option, but they cancelled fulfilling adhd medication the day They were supposed to send mine, and both truepill and circle were impossible to reach to fix, nor did they reach out to inform me there would be an issue.

On top of all this, the provider they assigned me with who was my doctor left the company, and they never told me about it. The provider never notified me they left the company. Mental health treatment is not something that is treated with random chaos.

Stop saying it’s a scam because you don’t know anything about your insurance

I had a great experience with my adhd evaluation..don’t listen to the people who obviously don’t understand their INSURNACE.. if you have INSURNACE policies that require you to pay deductibles before the INSURNACE covers costs then of course you are going to be charged a larger number. Every appointment is billed as primary care office visit..Also when it comes to not receiving your prescription it’s because a prior auth was taken place before getting said prescription. Know your insurance before you make reviews. I had no trouble.. at all.. my copay is $20 no deductible and rx is $15 prescriptions with tier one drugs... no prior auth needed… also tier one is a generic brand..that’s it.. there were two appointments.. one was going over medical history and slightly about symptoms and the second was the evaluation.. got my prescription same day..hopefully this helps. This is not a scam

Scam app, DONT USE!

I got CircleMedical initially to get a ADHD assessment. i get an appointment same day, great. I download app, fill everything in and then wait for the doctor. I wait and wait and wait. My waiting goes up to an hour now and the doctor still has not shown up for my video call. I then text the chat thats there and no respond. How is this professional? Make it worse, there was no way to cancel the appointment without a $50 fee even though it wasnt even my fault. I began to delete my information in fear of this being a scam (which they do not let you by the way, I had to change pictures) and all of a sudden my doctor messages me insisting that she CALLED me, left me messages and that I was the one who didnt pick up. How is that possible when I was there the whole time with PROOF waiting on her!? In the end, I removed everything the best I could but they still have information on me which is terrifying because I have no idea what they will do with it. Its a scam guys dont be stupid like me and just go to an actual doctor in person. You will save yourself time and money.

Shady business practices

When I originally booked my appointment and entered my insurance info, I was told that my copay would be $1. Fast forward to today, I am trying to check in for my appointment and see that I will be charged $149 because it’s out of network. I had to cancel my appointment because that is ridiculous, and I was charged a $50 cancellation fee. I should have been informed that my insurance wasn’t accepted when I initially entered my info WEEKS AGO. At no point leading up to my appointment was I alerted that they wouldn’t be accepting my insurance. Furthermore, why was I initially told it would be one price, only for it to change the day of my appointment? I tried to get into contact with customer service through CircleMedical about this issue and there is no place in CircleMedical to call or chat with a representative. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Unless this issue can be resolved and my money refunded, I will be steering clear of this company from now on and disputing the charge for failure to render service.

Don’t need anything beyond a check up …

I’m currently two weeks without having a much needed medication due to a flaw in Circle’s process. They assign you a doctor from anywhere but if the meds you need are a controlled substance other pharmacies in the tele-health space won’t accept their scripts, and traditional ones will only accept them if your doc is based in the same state you are.

Good luck talking to anyone and trying to get it sorted in a timely manner. Avoid this one like your life depends on it. It likely does.

ADHD assessment is a scam

ADHD assessment is supposed to be 2 parts, but 25 minutes in to the first part where the bulk of it was generic questions that you’d answer as a new patient anywhere she told me I don’t have ADHD without us doing the second part. All the other ADHD clinics said that you need to do tests for hours and have a detailed hour long interview and ask family about history.

No wonder they were the only ones with instant appointments whereas everyone else was booked out for months.

Also their app is invasive and asks for all kinds of unnecessary info to have your appointment. They demand your drivers license details because that’s required to be prescribed prescription medicine but why can’t they just ask me that if they’ve decided it’s necessary? Now they have my confidential info stored even though I don’t even have ADHD allegedly so why do they have my drivers license info?!

Best telemedicine by far

This practice is legit. I have been able to get treatment for my ADHD, hormone replacement therapy, and other chronic health issues. My provider listens to me and respects me as a person. I can usually get same day appointments and with my insurance the copays are $15. This service feels like a real doctors office but on the phone, but without all the waiting. Appointments start on time, messages are returned lightening fast. I can’t express enough how much I value this service. All the complaints about high costs — just make sure it’s in your insurance network first! You can’t complain about high costs if you didn’t make sure it was covered first.

Can’t change my doctor

Gabrielle frankenfield. She was dismissive, interrupted me and hung up quickly, gave me a questionnaire of three questions and charged me and is making me wait while they review it and scheduled me for a second appointment in two weeks to tell me if I have ADHD or not. Her signal wasn’t working and she kept blaming me for it and asking me to adjust myself and I did multiple times and nothing changed but she wouldn’t do anything to fix herself even though mine was fine. She was just a really nasty person. She gave me no information on how their system works, and next meeting they could just be like “you don’t have ADHD, now pay us”. Cancellation is 50$ and you can’t change your doctor if you don’t like them. Now suddenly I’m getting medically related spam calls. App is just an invasion of privacy.

So thankful!

My psychiatrist of 20 years retired on relatively short notice, and I was left trying to find a quality provider in my small town. I was repeatedly told there were no openings for months. I found the Circle Medical site and was thrilled to see they could prescribe what I needed and that I could book a video appointment the same day. Even better, I could book after 5 pm. The doctor I met with was so kind, helpful, and informative. In one day, I went from worrying about running out of my antidepressants to being incredibly thankful and relieved. Thank you so much for offering this service!

Account manager

Thank you Circle Medical for making it easy to keep my health a priority! I typically am stressed going to the doctor - trying to make sure I cover all my questions in the average 10-15 minutes they give, missing work, and trying to take care of my kids. Having Circle Medical come to me in the comfort of my own home allowed me to focus on me. It really is a game changer! I didn't have to worry about exposing my kids to those sick in the waiting room and all of this was covered by my insurance. The doctor was professional, thorough, and is now our primary doctor. I highly recommend Circle Medical- health care that makes sense!

Very fast and helpful

I needed a Covid-19 test in a hurry because my oral surgeon required one before extracting a tooth (the toothache had been going on for weeks and was diagnosed as a vertical root fracture — no cure except extraction, apparently). I could not get a test anywhere within two weeks until I found Circle, and after a same-day video interview I was able to schedule the test for the following day. I did not encounter any of CircleMedical issues noted in other reviews, and everything could not have gone more smoothly. Circle is affiliated with UCSF, which is my primary care provider, so that was great as well.

Terrible customer support

I joined circle medical thinking it would be the perfect option for me and it almost was. Except in my 3rd appointment after already starting medication for ADHD I’m told that because i have a history of bipolar disorder (which was stated self-reported and i was not treated for) that I’m not able to continue virtual treatment. I’m asked to get a letter from a previous psych to prove that i wasn’t being treated for the disorder. They didn’t accept the letter and I’ve wasted $250 on appointments and medication i can’t continue.

If i truly suffered from the disorder, i would expect a medical office would take extra care to ensure i was getting the medication i need but they’re probably more interested in avoiding liabilities. Thanks for nothing circle medical.

A dream come true.

CircleMedical is amazing. Yes, it is a bit small and no do not expect the quickest responses. Getting medication in certain states takes paperwork and time. My biggest suggestion is to reach out and stay on top of them because they will get back to you, even though it may not be fast. I went a week waiting for a prescription but I finally got it. After being turned away so many times, Circle medical gave me the time of day. I love my NP and am so happy I stuck with them instead of giving up because of bad reviews.

Worst place ever!

Was being seen no issue, paid for multiple visits. Provided all needed documentation. Only for the night before my med refill appointment for them to cancel me and say they won’t work with me as I’m on Medicaid. I’m not on Medicaid and haven’t been in months, they wanted proof. Would have taken weeks to get in touch with the state where I live and get documentation. I have two health insurance policies that are active but apparently that’s not enough proof. Left me high and dry with no meds and these are meds that it is very dangerous to just stop taking! Would have gone into seizures if I hadn’t of figured something else out. If you’re on Medicaid or ever have been steer clear of this joke of a place! In general steer clear. 0/10 stars.

Look elsewhere for ADHD treatment

I was a patient through Circle Medical for ADHD for about a year. I really liked the nurse practitioner I worked with. Booking was easy. No issues with my insurance. Getting the treatment plan and meds I needed was simple and straightforward. I had very few complaints.

10 minutes before my appointment for a refill on my meds, I got a notice that they needed me to re-upload a copy of my ID. I have ADHD. I didn’t realize that my license expired. I’d been a patient for over a year. My state and pharmacy don’t require ID to pick up meds.

They canceled my appointment. They refused to do a follow up appointment to at least discuss options for a taper or help with the withdrawal symptoms. The reason given was their compliance department.

That is irresponsible. That’s dangerous. You don’t take people off mental health meds cold turkey without a taper or some kind of support. I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. You’re better off going through a different provider who puts patient care above what their compliance department says. I deserved better, and so do you.

Absolutely unprofessional and deceptive

Used this service because of the low cost advertised. It states an estimated copay and then states that if there is any change, they will let you know. Spoiler alert: they don’t. I ended up paying $385 for a total of maybe 28 minutes of visits. They also want to book back to back appointments ASAP(to collect your money, I’m sure). When I reached out to them they were extremely un-empathetic and could absolutely care less they let me know that it was up to me to find out how much my care was going to be billed as. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for transparency and honesty regarding their medical care.

Fantastic resource that is user friendly

I have a crazy lifestyle with my job, and always out and about. I have big commitments, sometimes working long days, with no days off for months in end. Circle medical has actually been life changing for me, I can have video appointments with my doctor in the middle of the work day. We have established a great relationship, and I’m confident in their advice and opinions. I highly recommend circle medical.

Good doctor garbage company

My problem isn’t with insurance or the doctor, it’s with the company. After my boss and wife hounding me to get seen for possible ADD I caved (didn’t think it’s a real thing.) the lady I met with not only educated me on on and explained why it happens and the underlying cause of it, I’m very analytical and I really liked how she explained everything to me. I get my prescription sent to a pharmacy that I didn’t know wasn’t excepting new patients. (Didn’t know that was a thing) so after about half a day calling around to find a new pharmacy I found one. So I messaged the message chat to reroute my prescription and I’ve been ignored for days. The only way to talk to a real person is to pay $100. Funny that when I messaged them about billing they were very quick to respond (cause money is more important)
$150 for the initial visit, $100 for the follow up.
But when I ask for help to send my prescription to a different pharmacy absolute crickets. So it’s either take the loss, OR PAY $100 TO SPEAK TO A PERSON TO CHANGE MY PHARMACY!
After $250 in one week and to be ignored when I need help, I would just choose a different platform.

VERY slow response time.

I just started using CircleMedical not too long ago, the initial appointments and prescriptions went very smoothly. The problem is there is a shortage of ADHD medications nation wide. I could get my medication if someone at Circle Medicine would fully read my messages, I need someone to change my prescription dosage. This would be a very quick process at a normal doctors office. They aren’t just taking forever to respond to the messages (2-3 days) they actually responded to my request for a dosage change, but totally ignored and sent me a coupon for adderall 10mg pills, which are absolutely still not in stock. For a company that claims to take ADHD seriously, they seem to be fine with people not getting their essential ADHD medication for weeks solely due to the fact that they won’t respond to/read messages. At some point I’m going to have to make another $100 appointment just to speak with someone. As long as there is a shortage, CircleMedical is useless. I’m switching to an in person provider. I don’t think pharmacies like Telehealth for adderall prescriptions.

Customer service runaround

Tried to use CircleMedical, found it easy to set up and go to appointments, and the provider I used was helpful. Everything went smooth until a minor blip, I need to change my pharmacy. Oh boy do they give you the runaround. They answer my concerns with more questions and patronizing statements assuming you did not understand what they said the first couple messages. Not to mention it takes hours to days to get a single reply. Instead of getting a prescription moved to a new pharmacy, I am being told they don’t want to move it (do to reasons that I don’t agree with), and to just “wait it out” until my pharmacy gets the medicine in stock. I have made it clear that it could be months before my pharmacy gets the medicine in stock and having me wait that long is actually a ridiculous ask. Moving a prescription takes 5 minutes with a normal medical provider, there is no reason it should take days of back and forth to not even get a clear answer. Then I am also told it takes 5 business days to move a prescription if they actually move it. Ridiculous.

Will not allow me to check in for appointment

I booked an appointment with Nurse practitioner April Francisco on Zocdoc and was sent a text message link to install CircleMedical. I installed it and did what I was prompted to do however when I received the text message link to sign in it won’t allow me to check in on CircleMedical . Not only that but it shows that I don’t even have an appointment with April. When I try to book an appointment on CircleMedical however it shows that my time slot is taken already. Then I tried calling the help line to fix my problem no one answered me. The automated message kept repeating that representatives were busy helping others and I could leave a message or stay on the line. I tried to stay on the line however it hung up my call without me pressing any buttons and prompted me to leave a voicemail. Please fix this link issue so no one else misses their appointments.

They are a scam! Go elsewhere.

Circle Medical is a scam and will FORCE you to make multiple appointments to get precriptions. I had to make 4 appointments to get 1 prescription filled because they kept messing up the prescription and they have NO customer service. They have a chat feature, but the reps are trained to answer your question with another question. This after you wait 6-12 hours for a response. So you answer their question, it takes ANOTHER 6-12 hours for a response and they come back with another question and so on and so on. I went back and forth for 10 days and was FORCED to make another appointment to get the prescription corrected only to have them mess it up AGAIN! This is the 3rd time this has happened. I have reported them to the State of California Consumer Affairs as I believe this is their practice to make patients make multiple appointments over and over again. Go elsewhere. They need to be shut down!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for over a month.

I signed up in early May.

They couldn’t verify my insurance, and the FAQ asked me to call my insurance and confirm I should be covered. I did and it was confirmed that my insurance covers Circle, and the agent I spoke with even offered to call and confirm with Circle that I would be covered, but I could not find a contact number, and no one was responding via the chat. I did find a contact number on Reddit, but the number wasn’t working. I sent a message explaining all of this on May 11th, and I have yet to have heard back from anyone, despite the wait time claiming under a day response times every day since the message.

I have severe unmanaged ADHD that’s affecting my daily life, and my insurance doesn’t have openings for so much as primary care until September. I was hoping to have this addressed sooner than later, but apparently that will not be happening.

Can’t Speak With Anyone

I have ADHD and have my entire life. Found this place during covid , i live in a large metro area so Psych apts are very difficult to find. After my first two appointments when okay… the doctors don’t really seem interested or seem like they have a ton of appointments… since my last appointment i have not been able to get in contact with ANYONE about transferring my prescription. They asked ME to choose a new pharmacy and now it’s been 12 days since they’ve responded. I recommend another platform where at least you can call and speak to someone. Definitely not worth the money they charged ME and My Insurance. I would cancel my next one but i’m only not so that i can actually speak to someone on the phone… considering reporting to BBB

Impossible to Work With

In order to get medication through them you must have a physical within one year, which they will gladly schedule you for with their provider. That was easy, however- I have been trying for days to get them to send my lab requisition to the right lab and cannot get a single person to help me. They keep saying they will “get back to me” and it’s “urgent” but yet I can see I can make appointments with my provider, so he’s obviously working and able to edit my labs and this is a task a non clinical person can handle… so why won’t they? So now I get to start over with a new provider, since now I can’t get my prescription because they won’t fix the error with my labs and without them I cannot get my medication. This seems super fishy and I am going to be reaching out to the OIG with a formal complaint.

Best doctors experience in years

I have to switch to a new doctor because my insurance changed and I’m so sad to go! This has been the best doctors experience I’ve had in years. Even though it was telehealth they were so thorough and supportive. They almost always responded to my inquiries really quickly and there’s a whole team of people to answer your questions. It feels great to be able to be able to message and get a response about any doubts and not have to wait a long time for an appointment just for a small question. My doctor was Sezer Arslan and he was great.

Absolute nightmare and a SCAM

I came to Circle for 2 things. 1- I needed a primary doctor to get a refferal to an orthopedic to look at my shoulder. 2-I wanted a continuation of my current medication scripts for my anxiety. I PAID circle for what they call a wellness evaluation with a primary. While they got me a refferal to the ortho, I was told I would need to pay another time to get eval for my current medication. I PAID again for another evaluation and this is where the nightmare started. It’s been almost two months and I still have not been prescribed my ALREADY existing meds. Circle has requested my records from my recent prescriber, they received them. Then they required me to go PAY to have blood work done on top of it, which I did. NOW circle is requesting I pay them for ANOTHER eval with the doctor who still hasn’t prescribed me my current meds. I’ve requested a refund for my wasted time and they’re refusal to help and they’re refusing that as well. So now I’m out $300 and still do not have my meds after two months. Run away they are just going to keep scamming you for money and evals.

Down Hill In Last 7 Months

I started with Circle Medical a year ago. It was great. It has gone severely downhill. I am leaving their care.

I have become very frustrated with Circle Medical. I received an email from Circle Medical where they re-assigned a PCP to me. How presumptive and arrogant?! Is this allowed by HIPPA? No information about my current PCP. Nothing. I have a deep mistrust for healthcare professionals because of systems like Circle Medical who treat people like cattle to be ushered along in ignorance.

Not only does the Medical Circle app have awful UX/UI, the new bot options are horribly restrictive, the live support I’ve received thus far has been argumentative, I’ve spoken to several medical professionals who say Circle Medical has treated them poorly, and, now, they assigned a new PCP to me without my authorization or foreknowledge. How much of my medical history has Circle Medical shared with the new PCP they assigned to me without my authorization. I will be looking into my HIPPA rights.

soooo convenient

I’m so grateful for this service! I live in an area where getting certain kinds of medical care is difficult, so this is a godsend. My provider has wonderful bedside manner and super non-judgemental! also most things on CircleMedical have been fairly easy to use.

I will say that UI/UX is a little awkward in some parts, ie. appointment reminders will pop up on CircleMedical 24 hours before like if your appointment was coming up in the next 5 minutes, which is a little stressful. Also it seems tricky to upload PDFs, which I thought was very strange.

I’ve definitely read the reviews about billing/ insurance stuff being weird. So far I personally haven’t had any problems, but if anything changes I’ll update my review.

Other things that can be improved—there is usually a wait of 10-15 minutes for an appt to start because everything seems back to back for providers. My provider is wonderful for not making the appt feel rushed, but it seems like the scheduling itself could be a bit more spread out (OR more easily, at least set expectations that there would be a wait).

Personally I don’t mind waiting since I can just do other things in the meantime from the comfort of my home, but for someone busier it would definitely be helpful to have a better estimate on when things would start.

Overall even with these flaws, I give it 5 stars just because it’s been so indispensable to me!

Worst experience, traumatizing and insulting

I’m a two-time cancer survivor suffering from adhd symptoms after chemo and hormone therapy looking for an adhd evaluation. The nurse practitioner took one look at my medical history and started judging me for all the controlled substances I’ve been prescribed by my oncology team while I was in chemo and surgery and waiting for scan or biopsy results. She demanded an explanation and started berating me like I was an addict, even though I told her that my doctors prescribed the medications but I only took as needed, and it was standard for patients on chemo or after surgery. She said I “might not be a good fit for the platform” I asked her if the platform had experience with cancer patients and she said “that doesn’t matter.” It does matter to me. I told her this wouldn’t be a good fit because her poor bedside manner made me very uncomfortable. Circle Medical, you should do better in selecting your care providers. She was not knowledgeable, very judgmental and caused trauma making me recount my cancer experience when I just wanted help with an adhd evaluation. Do not use this company.

Pill mill

Completely uninterested in your medical situation. Wants to check off items from a list as fast as possible, and prescribe. Service providers talked down to me, and ignored my concerns. They just wanted to get to the next prescription as fast as possible. Leading to my next problem, always trying to get you to book another $100 for 5 minutes of eye rolling.

If they mess up, you have to pay them another $100 just to ask them to fix it. If the pharmacy needs more information or doesn’t have what you were prescribed? That’s right another $100. If you have just a small question can you email, message, contact your medical provider in any way? NO. You must always make another $100 appt.

They do the least possible, while acting in demeaning ways and constantly trying to get more money from you.

Just a PSA

They make it seem like you can get an official ADHD diagnosis with medication. While yes, you can get prescribed medication, it’s not an official diagnosis. This is dangerous because without a full in person diagnosis from a clinical psychologist you can easily be misdiagnosed or prescribed something that might not be the best course of action for that particular persons treatment. And when it comes to any advantages of having an official diagnosis, you get none. Plus doing this online with that unofficial diagnosis means each time you need a refill you will have to have a brand new online appointment before you can get the script refill. ( I learned all of this from a licensed therapist)

I had posted a prior review on customer service, since then I have changed my opinion, however even with that resolution, I still have concerns about this specifically when it comes to an ADHD diagnosis.

I don’t trust them

I went to them for a little bit and it was frustrating. The appointment itself lasts like 2 minutes. They don’t seem to be actual doctors. I needed to have a lower dose of testosterone after getting my blood results back, so I told the doctor, and she asked me what dose I wanted to lower it to. Isn’t that their job to tell me? The same doctor also thought I had sleep apnea and made me book an appointment with them for that. I have never been told I have that before, and sure enough, the results for that came back negative. I realized they were just trying to make more money off of me as they also provide sleep apnea appointments. I had an appointment scheduled one time with another doctor of theirs. She never showed up and I never got contacted as to why, so I messaged and that’s when they told me her power went out. I understand that stuff happens, but at least have the decency to contact me first and let me know instead of me having to ask why she didn’t show up. I don’t trust them as real doctors, but this was just my experience. They could benefit other people, but they did not work out for me unfortunately.

Unreliable & inconsistent

In the beginning CircleMedical worked great, it was convenient for me and my busy life.

However, the convenience has cost greatly. Not only do they not accept my insurance (which I was fine paying out of pocket) the providers are constantly leaving the network.

Having a consistent provider is extremely important, as each provider has their own opinion and since I’ve used CircleMedical. I have not seen the same procider more than 2x since they are always leaving the network and to never be seen again. Which is very alarming and I wonder why the providers so frequently leave circle medical.

One thing, I think it’s important to understand. You
Will not be able to get in touch with your provider unless you schedule an appointment and pay for it. There has been maybe 4x I needed to get on a tele health appointment for 2 mins to explain to the provider the errors the last provider made that is preventing the pharmacy to fill my script.. this is happened too often and it seems like I’m paying for their incompetence or lack of experience.

This really is not an app for ongoing care, as you’ll be bounced around and hear different opinions each time making you feel like a lab test. Very upsetting and frustrated. Today is my last appointment, so o can get my prescription fixed and filled and change to a local doctors office. Absolutely would not recommend.

Do not use. They take your Money and your trust and will not even respond to questions and concerns. They put patients last.
