CLINICAL PRACTICE Begin by taking a history and performing a physical exam, then click on equipment in the virtual resuscitation bay to order tests and perform interventions. Choose amongst a host of drugs, bedside tests, labs, and imaging to help you narrow the differential diagnosis. Our physiology engine will change the vitals based on your interventions and the patient’s condition just as they would in real life. While you zero in on the final diagnosis and definitively treat the patient you can consult with specialists and nursing staff for assistance, but the patient’s survival rests in your hands. Nice review for the Emergency Provider
The scenarios touch upon many of the common and not so common presentations in the Emergency Department. It’s a nice review and doesn’t dive too deep where you get lost in the weeds. It’s a good reminder of some of the true emergencies that we don’t see everyday but need to have a firm grasp of. Reviews at the end of the case have quick summaries with articles attached if you want a more in depth review. All in all I would recommend

Excellent app for clinical thinking
As a medical student going into a career in emergency medicine, this app has been absolutely invaluable. The cases are lifelike, presented in a very intuitive way, and the feedback at the end is better than what I’ve had from some of my actual professors. A must have for any medical student hoping to do EM.

I have used it from past 1 week. Very good application to simulate emergency cases. A lot to learn from it. Common cases that present in emergency. One thing is time factor could have been included and patient deteriorating due to untimely intervention could have been added. Overall superb application worth the subscription.
