Close and restart the Deliveroo app on iPhone
Update Deliveroo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Deliveroo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Deliveroo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Deliveroo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Deliveroo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Deliveroo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Deliveroo » click [Force Stop]

Update Deliveroo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Deliveroo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Deliveroo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Deliveroo.

Fix Deliveroo unable to contact server/ Deliveroo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Deliveroo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Deliveroo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
