- First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
- Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
(Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore) - Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
- Next, tap on Zulily (subscription) you want to review.
- Now, Tap on Cancel.
(Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for Zulily, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).
How to Cancel Zulily Subscription on your Android device
To cancel Zulily subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the Zulily app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:
- First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
- Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
- Choose the Zulily subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Finish up as directed.
Once your Zulily subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How to Cancel Zulily Subscription on a Mac computer.
To cancel Zulily subscription on your Mac, do the following:
- First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the Zulily app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.
If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.
How to Cancel Zulily Subscription on Paypal.
To cancel your Zulily subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
- Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
- Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "Zulily" or "zulily" to cancel.
- You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to Zulily.
- Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.
What to do if you subscribed directly on Zulily's website?
Here's how to cancel your Zulily subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.
Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into Zulily's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.
Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:
- Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all Zulily's contact details here
- Visit the website of Zulily. Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

To delete Zulily from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Zulily until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Zulily app from your phone.
Method 2:
Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.
For iOS 11 and above:
Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

- First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
- After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
- You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
- Now choose Zulily, then click on "uninstall".
- Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

When I first ordered from this app I was frustrated because it felt like my items took a year to get to me. Finally in the app they have listed a “ship by” date section and when tracking packages (after they’ve shipped) it’s so easy to see where things are. I’ve ordered the majority of my Christmas presents from this site but also knew it would take a couple weeks to get to me. So I planned ahead so I would have them in time for Christmas. There are tons of great items but if you are last minute shopping this is not the site. I’ve got SO many great deals from this app and have always been satisfied with the products. I recently bought a coat off of them and immediately unpacked it, took the tags off and hung it up. Fast forward a few days and I go to wear it. I noticed two of the buttons were defective. Saddened, I emailed this app and sent pictures of the product and explained I had already thrown away the packaging and tags. I received a response in less than 12 hours on a Saturday! They treated me right and corrected the issue. I am beyond pleased with this site, app and customer service. 5 stars all the way!

I love/hate relationship shopping on this app. I like that the merchandise is slightly discounted and it's all right there in different categories and things that you love to shop for and some things you didn't even know you wanted. That being said I only gave it one star because the fact that you CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING and you are stuck with a wrong size is terrible. From now on I can only buy clothes and shoes from vendors that I recognize the names of, otherwise chances are you are getting something that is nowhere near the size that you ordered and you are stuck with it! After having to eat the cost of many dresses, pants and shirts, I finally learned my lesson and I'm not going to spend money on clothes and shoes from this app unless I recognize the brand and know what size I am in those brands. Even then, if you look at other sites for those brand name items, chances are you can find them for same price or less and you CAN return them on those sites if they don't fit correctly.

The only downside I have found is that the products offered change often, great sales are here 2-3 days and gone again. But I found a way past even that. You’ve heard of buyer’s remorse? - you get something and regret it? this app has taught me non-buyer remorse. They know what they’ve done. They give you a second chance! You can have them save a list of the stuff you wanted to buy, but blew the timing and missed out. These nice people notify you when its available again! I just got a notice of availability of an item I wanted as a Christas gift, but lost my chance. The birthday is next month....see how things work out?

I live in a big city and it’s still hard to find a good selection of anything, especially clothing at affordable prices. I can always count on this app for whatever I’m looking for. With 2 small kids and a busy job, it’s a pain to visit multiple stores to find what I want. With Zuliliy, I can shop whenever I’d like. I’m always surprised to see the deals of the day are brands I buy and love... like Fiestaware, Marika, and Hanna Anderson. I often buy from this app when I find they’re cheaper than anyplace else I’ve been looking. The deals have been Their customer service is awesome. If I’ve ever had a problem with any item I’ve bought, they’ve been more than accommodating and solved my issue quickly. What’s also awesome is the free shipping they give you for a time after each purchase. If you’ve forgotten to add something to your cart, you can buy it without any additional shipping charge. I love this app and will continue to shop with them for many years to come.

Have ordered so many products from this app for myself and as gifts. Love the selection of unique items. My only complaint is that more care is not taken when mailing jewelry. If the seller does not include a box with the purchase, the item is mailed in a small plastic bag and shipped in a large, thin, non-padded plastic bag. This small delicate item is sliding around the bag amongst other items being shipped. I have received either damaged or broken pieces of jewelry or they break after being worn, eg.a stone falls off. I did call once on a piece I believed to be defective and received a prompt refund. I was able to repair the other pieces. I am now reluctant to order jewelry from this app. Can’t understand why these pieces cannot be mailed in a small box in a smaller envelope. Otherwise, I love this app, am pleased with the ease of ordering, customer service and returning items (though I find the return fee a little on the high side). The delivery of other items I have not had a problem with.
