I just received a large order, that was addressed to me, but nothing in the box was something that i have ordered and that I am waiting on delivery. what should i do with all of this stuff?

Your website is not working on iMacs, or iPhones, or iPads. I receive your ads, but when I click on the link, it never opens. Even had the Geek Squad try to help, and they said it is your problem with your website. When can we expect this to be remedied? Your vendors are losing business. QVC could care less.
When I click on item to purchase and look more closely..... screen is blank with tiny words in left hand corner.
