Your website is not working on iMacs, or iPhones, or iPads. I receive your ads, but when I click on the link, it never opens. Even had the Geek Squad try to help, and they said it is your problem with your website. When can we expect this to be remedied? Your vendors are losing business. QVC could care less.

How to fix Zulily app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zulily app on iPhone
Update Zulily app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zulily iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zulily on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zulily network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zulily Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zulily not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zulily App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zulily » click [Force Stop]

Update Zulily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zulily App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zulily » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zulily.

Fix Zulily unable to contact server/ Zulily internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zulily » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zulily » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zulily
