2 years agoOn my DS1817+ I received a notice that the DSM needed to be updated. In the course of the update being installed, there was a question about sending analytics to Synology and I thought I had declined that. It appears that I now have something called Active Insight running on the unit. I don't want it sending any information out on the web. How do I disable this unintended program?

3 years agoI installed Active Insite Beta by mistake. I keep getting messages that an update is available but I just want to uninstall it but can find the way to install it.
