1 year agoSo far its taken over 15 emails to get absolutely nowhere with these people .This program jammed my computer ,took over 6 hours to try to find photos ,so I had to crash it to get it to turn off .I've asked repeatedly to refund my money ,all I get is basically the same email over and over from several different people...Run around? I am trying to cancel my subscription now and cant find how to do that either . terrible program and unbelievably awful service.
