I am currently using the free trial and I would like to cancel before I have to subscribe. I have an iphone 12 and there is no where to cancel it because it isn't under my subscriptions area. Why? Is there a way you can cancel it for me?
Thank you,

I never feel the need to write reviews, but right now I think I need to. I have only been using this app for a day, and can tell that this will be my safe place to spill my thoughts down feeing and analyze what is going on. I have done CBT in the past, but it’s been hard to make it to my appointments because of my hectic and overwhelming schedule. If you are struggling with invasive thoughts, anxiety, depression, etc. you need this app!! I feel better after every entry, and I love the check ins that I can do throughout the day. Thank you for creating this app!!
When I remember to use this tool to challenge and defeat my negative moods and thinking I generally have amazing success. I can really change my experience at any given time by picking this up and applying the thought changing exercises. So many times through life I have heard the idea that it is how we view events that culminates our experience of an event and yet it seems so natural to just accept my default perspective. In fact this is the tool that can help me re-view events for a better one.
I found Thought Diary through the recommendation of a crisis support counselor. We had just discussed CBT and they pointed to the app as a possible tool for learning more and for practice. I love it. It's a simple as choosing a smiley appropriate to your mood or as deep as identifying and challenging distorted thinking. It's simple to export your notes if you keep a separate digital journal. The reminders on the app are great, they even work with Apple Watch. I love the cross-platform functionality. Great job here. I like this app a lot.
This app not only helps me manage my moods, it helps with perspective. With a mood disorder it can be hard to step back and look at things objectively and see patterns developing. This app slows me down and makes me take a look at my own emotions privately before expressing them by engaging in destructive behaviors. I like the prompt to identify and challenge negative thought patterns. And it’s great that this app has guides on therapeutic techniques—truly goes above and beyond.
I’ve used Thought Diary for about ten days, to help me through a period of high stress. I am finding it so helpful in articulating some overly emotional thinking and guiding me to challenge it. I have even gone back and read past entries to learn from the cycle of my thought. I appreciate Thought Diary’s prompts to come at my day from different angles, which are then compiled into discrete diary entries. A useful way to learn about myself and calm my thoughts.
