  2. Once you subscribe to a plan and you don't cancel it manually like you subscribed, that plan will renew automatically because you gave the permission.
  3. When you subscribe for a trial period and then you cancel, you run the risk of losing that trial content altogether.
  4. You must remember to manually cancel a subscription 24 hours before the trial period ends.

How to Cancel Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
  2. Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
    (Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore)
  3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
  4. Next, tap on Bloom (subscription) you want to review.
  5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
    (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).



How to Cancel Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care Subscription on your Android device

To cancel Bloom subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the Bloom app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your Bloom subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.



How do I remove my Card from Bloom?

Removing card details from Bloom if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

Before Signing up or Subscribing:

  1. Create an account on Justuseapp. signup here →
  2. Create upto 4 Virtual Debit Cards - this will act as a VPN for you bank account and prevent apps like Bloom from billing you to eternity.
  3. Fund your Justuseapp Cards using your real card.
  4. Signup on Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care or any other website using your Justuseapp card.
  5. Cancel the Bloom subscription directly from your Justuseapp dashboard.

After Signing Up:

  1. If you didn't use a Justuseapp Card when you subscribed, your only option is to contact Bloom directly. Get their Contact info →


How to Cancel Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel Bloom subscription on your Mac, do the following:


  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.


How to Cancel Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care Subscription on Paypal.

To cancel your Bloom subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
  2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
  3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care" or "Meemo Media Inc." to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.



What to do if you subscribed directly on Bloom's website?

Here's how to cancel your Bloom subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into Bloom's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

  1. Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all Bloom's contact details here

  2. Visit the website of Bloom. Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.

  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.


How to delete Bloom account

You might have created an account on Bloom during the course of using the app. Many apps make it so easy to signup but a nightmare to delete your account. We try to make it easier but since we don't have information for every app, we can only do our best.


Generally, here are some steps you can take if you need your account deleted:

  1. Reach out directly to Bloom via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →

  2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

  3. Check Bloom's Privacy/TOS/Support channels below for their Data-deletion/request policy and contact them:

    *Pro-tip: Once you visit any of the links above, Use your browser "Find on page" to find "@". It immediately shows the neccessary emails.

Delete Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care from iPhone.

To delete Bloom from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

  1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
  3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
  4. Now choose Bloom: CBT Therapy & Self-Care, then click on "uninstall".
  5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

    I meant to cancel my 1 week trial but i got charged for the year yesterday because the app had said it will tell me at day five that i would be charged and i was given no such notification. If this can be corrected that would be great. Thank you

    I want a refund immediately. The app said that it would tell me when I would be charged for a full year after my trial period but it did not inform me. It looks like this Bloom does this to everyone over and over again. I expect my yearly membership cancelled since I didn’t sign up for it and my money refunded. Thank you.

    Urgent help! I signed up for the free trial and it was stated that I would get 7 days and not be charged if cancelled within 7 days and it charged the full amount straight away!! I absolutely livid and will take further action if not refunded immediately. I have not used the app since signing up. Please help!

    I have unsubscribed before my free trial ended but I was still being charged for it.
    I saw a Bloom app on a Facebook ad about a week ago. I decided to do a trial and provided my credit card information as required there. When I was installing the app on my iPhone. It automatically went to Apple Pay.
    After using the free trial for 4-5 days, I decided to unsubscribe on my ApplePay. And it had been done.
    Since I had also given my credit card information, I was going to ensure that my free trial is also cancelled there. I was following the step of stopping subscription on credit card advised on the email by going to the app and cancel it on ENTRIES. However the app didn't allow me to do that as I had stopped my subscription on Apple Pay.
    When I checked my bank account today, apparently my credit card is still charged for the subscription.
    Please advise how I can get my refund as I didn't intend to continue after my free trial and the app didn't allow me to cancel the subscription on credit card, although it had been done on Apple Pay before the free trial period ended.

I would like a refund - I have the same issue as other users about not being adequately informed when I would be charged after the trial period ended. I find it amazing how I get notifications every day about using the app but they are no so inclined to be as communicative when money is involved! These underhand commercial tactics leave me with a bad feeling about using apps like this. I have not found this app very helpful so far. I find instruction vague and homogenous form topic to topic.

Whenever I try to open BIoom, the app will not allow me to get past the screen that asks me if I’d like to use the FaceID. No matter what I press, it freezes on that particular screen. It won’t even open the FaceID. It just freezes. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, and faced the exact same problem.

    Mindfulness in your pocket

    I love this app because it allows you take 10 minutes when ever you want to slow down and reconnect with yourself. It’s based off behavioral cognitive therapy. You can rate your mood, journal within each exercise and you can choose what you want to focus on that day. There also other mini exercises you can choose to work on for example, confidence, anger management, negative self talk, etc. It’s great in a time like this (during the pandemic) to be able to work on myself daily. Most days I feel fine but it’s really helpful when I’m feeling down. I also feel good knowing I have put sometime aside for me.

    Love this app! But needs minor fixes

    Instantly made me feel calm and good using it. Relieved stress and love the little meditation exercises. Better than some meditation apps. I feel like I'm learning and feel a sense of accomplishment using this app it makes me happy. Love the mood tracker. I think this can be worked on a lil more. Check out Daylio as a reference when updating the app. It's a little more in depth but I think the app is on the right track. Beautiful app, great vibes. Also one last thing I notice if I pause a video too long. It glitches out the app. And the voice still thinks I can write but it closes out and I have nowhere I can write my diary entry.

    Wonderfully thought out.

    Bloom has a great platform to better understand and deal with all the emotions we deal with in our day to day. I love starting my day off with it and then it feels good to wrap my day up and process all what happened with it and sleep better. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone no matter if you are secure or you have anxiety and stress all the time, there’s something for everyone.

    This app makes mental health approachable

    This app makes mental health approachable. As someone who works with children with a variety of mental health issues I can speak directly to how this product creates a feeling of safety with the user (me). I personally love the interactions that really make me think about my usage. It’s like having a pocket therapist at anytime for a really low cost, AND, it’s design is super user friendly. 5 out 5. Will be using for years.
