7 months agoI have photos. Of passed loved ones. Photos of my daughters youngest years. I was not made aware it was shutting down. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR US AND GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETRIEVE OUR SENTIMENTAL PHOTOS!

1 year agothe fact that i have been trying for almost a year to get my pictures back should say something! i lost so many people and have been trying to get my memories back and to no prevail i’ve gotten no help! sure close down your app, BUT GIVE PEOPLE THE OPTION TO BE ABLE TO GET THEIR MEMORIES BACK!!!!
