The concept behind the app is good, however, in real life it fails to meet the needs of the customers. Items that are unavailable are not marked so when you place an order you get updates to find replacement items. The other issue is the delivery. They estimate a delivery time, but can’t commit to it. Give them an extra 15-20 minutes when ordering as they are never on time.
The customer service guys follow up if you place a complaint or wish to cancel an order that’s been delayed. They are not problem solvers rather chatty men who just want to hear their own voices rather than solve the problem. If they bother to call the least they should do is offer to reimburse the delivery fee whenever there are issues with the items or delivery time.
Still a long way to go to meet what this app set out to achieve!

What was supposed to be 80 mins , became a 7 hours wait time!!? Such poor customer service. If you need to report an issue, report it & you’ll receive a text stating who’ll handle your case and to show you how much they care. BUT the catch is you’ll continue to wait for a minimum of an hour before anyone gets back to you. & when they do, it’s basically a waste of time as nothing will be resolved. This is my second issue report of the day was was done more than an hour ago & I’m yet to get any call back, and I don’t think they’ll be answering as they just gave me 8 AED points in my InstaPoints for an order worth around 200 DHS… Don’t waste your time on this APP.

I’ve ordered many times and every single time I have to make a substitutions or the item is out of stock bc the inventory is not updated. They usually try to rectify but there needs to be improvements. It’s such a great concept but the platform needs improvement and and a way for stores to update their inventory. I don’t trust the rave reviews. I have ordered a dozen times and most orders, I end up with more frustration than it’s worth. I deleted the app today.
Don’t pay with credit card Bc most likely half your items won’t be available- better cash. GOOD LUCK
