Terrible App - annoy create account
I would give it a rating if I could create an account! I’ve tried several times, entering all requested information to become a registered member, and clicked sign up. It just returns to the account creation page with no error message. Fix this please! I use many hotel apps when I travel (so I know how to use my phone and hotel apps) and so far this is the worst experience.

Worst travel app
I have downloaded numerous travel apps and this has to be worst. Slow, impossible to navigate, redundant information... and not suitable for the most basic functions like checking in for a flight in an easy manner. Awful, just awful.

Useless App
Can’t manage bookings in SpiceJet . Just got off phone with Pinky from this app customer service and she also recommended using the website instead of SpiceJet . Fail to understand why was this even created by this app

Worst app in its class
SpiceJet is nothing but a craps. Better remove form SpiceJet Store and don’t waste users time and credibility of this app.
App design and colors are nice but it’s buggy and most of the time it wont work.

Worst app!! Takes you till payment then “oops”
Horrible app, reserving the flights and seats is okay but you can’t get to the payment page, and this is supposedly improved with less bugs!! 🤦🏽♂️

Unusable App
Doesn't work. Cannot view change or do anything in SpiceJet. Even requested customer support to no avail. Do not download.

Still pretty useless. They haven't bothered updating the payment page where it never works and to top it off they've have given app discounts but doesn't work.
Don't bother downloading SpiceJet .

Payment screen is freezing
Completely agreed with "AASSGN". But I got few search results that have showing me ₹1 deal but every attempts of booking get failed. It is freezing while doing booking & have to force kill SpiceJet to try again with flight search.
Worst experience.

Useless, buggy
Do not download. Very buggy and issue prone. Only good for driving you insane and wasting precious time. Fields for passport expiration only allow for current date to be input. Using new iPhone 6s with current software, shouldn't be encountering any issues like this.

Don't trust the commercials on SpiceJet website
As per the commercial on this app website, it is mentioned that the basic fare for one way is ₹1 on the this app app for round trip, but when we download it, base fare charges are same as the web browser, it's completely fake 😡😡

Very poor iOS app indeed!
Never-Ever works for me on my iPhone 6 Plus! Why don't you fix? I am unable to buy tickets with this poor app. Moreover It picks wrong information every time. Kindly fix ASAP as I am a regular this app customer ...

Not connecting to payment gateway
Cannot make any purchases of tickets or other services since the payment gateway is returning 'server error' message.
So the 50% discount on meals through SpiceJet is only a gimmick my this app
