Terrible App - annoy create account

I would give it a rating if I could create an account! I’ve tried several times, entering all requested information to become a registered member, and clicked sign up. It just returns to the account creation page with no error message. Fix this please! I use many hotel apps when I travel (so I know how to use my phone and hotel apps) and so far this is the worst experience.

I have downloaded numerous travel apps and this has to be worst. Slow, impossible to navigate, redundant information... and not suitable for the most basic functions like checking in for a flight in an easy manner. Awful, just awful.

Can’t manage bookings in the app. Just got off phone with Pinky from spicejet customer service and she also recommended using the website instead of the app. Fail to understand why was this even created by spicejet
