- Airports are unsearchable under the Edit tab for the “From” and “To” entry boxes

- Navlog displays incorrect headings

- Option to choose miles instead of kilometers for the decoded METAR

- Occasional crashes

- Charts don’t seem to update in the background

AirMate does not sync between my iPad and iPhone. The same account is established on both devices and it worked at the beginning, but not anymore. All other functions are ok, but planned flights do not sync.

How to fix Airmate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Airmate app on iPhone
Update Airmate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Airmate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Airmate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Airmate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Airmate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Airmate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Airmate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Airmate » click [Force Stop]

Update Airmate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Airmate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Airmate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Airmate.

Fix Airmate unable to contact server/ Airmate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Airmate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Airmate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Airmate
