can’t play books because it says there’s problem’s with my connection although i have unlimited data and good frequency on my phone. tried deleting the app but now i can’t log in because of the message.

Hello, I can not use the Nextory app. I was reading a book and the next morning I wanted to continue but then the app showed an error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still says "oops something went wrong". Also on other devices it says "no connection" while the device clearly is connected to WiFi. Please help me. Hello, In my nextory app, the audio reading is in French, even though the books are in English. The readers read English words as if they were French. Could you help fix this issue? Thanks!
