IAA Tow Reviews

Every update they do is like the tower is doing more and more of IAA job of checking cars in, asks dumb questions, now we have to take pictures and do inventory, why not just pictures only, and if I take the picture and hit approve, why does it basically ask me if I’m sure of the picture I took, way to time consuming and as a result makes the towers work slower and not be able to get as many cars done in a day. Worse now then ever after more updates more work for us to do, making us retake pictures cause there is a blur is outrageous we are outside with sun rain snow reflecting off the car.

Always logging out no notes section for the tow operator should be more easier for the tow operator put the vin in and tow operator can verify IAATow
Is very time consuming for the working peeps

I’m not able to login. I asked for support. Never got a response.

Since I upgraded to the iPhone X I’ve stopped getting the notifications... really need this for the job I do...

Very poor service they take to long to delivery your car

At first I liked the idea of IAATow. I really hope who ever is in charge of this nonsense actually reads this. I shouldn’t have to do the job of the yard guys. If you want me to take pics as well as inventory then I want a pay raise!!!

Needs a better way to log in inspections takes to long to go in one window the add then go back to get into another window it’s time consuming

It’s telling me to update IAATow and when I click update it’s sends me back here. Deleted and resinstalled and still does it!! What’s the deal ??

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but there’s times where I have loaded 2 cars and then a few minutes later it says I have no cars loaded.

Please stop with the micromanaging of camera functionality, you’re making the drivers job that much more difficult. The camera blur parameters are ridiculous, everyone’s phone is different, drivers treat their phones different, of course there is blur when the sun is beating down reflecting off the vehicle, I shouldn’t have to retake all my photos because someone felt it necessary to implement such a feature.

Would be awesome if we knew what we were going after with pics already loaded up from the insurance company from when they total it . I mean I couldn’t tell you how many times these adjusters say a fwd or rwd isn’t towable because the 1/4 is dented. Come on guys learn the trade if your going to be in it please help us out info is key for us so pics would help big time. Also could we cut down on the pic loading steps it’s a little much way to many steps and takes to long if we’re supposed to do it on the fly

Too much screen swapping back-and-forth.
Would prefer it was formatted like the old paper form, would be much quicker to use.
In this business Time is money, and no more than you pay we need all the help you can give us 😊

Bar code scan nice, however for those vehicles with no barcode the option to shoot a picture of the VIN. Like another driver stated, real pain in the _____ to type it in in the rain or dark especially.

Add camera light option for bar code scan when dark.

Always save data with a simple “clear page” option.

Payment section often loses data when you are ready to complete, has happened to me multiple times. Very frustrating when you’re trying to hurry to get tomorrow work.

To make running for you have the semblance of profitable, volume is essential, which gets back to time.
By the time a company pays their expensive insurance, fuel, basic maintenance and pay the driver minimum-wage there’s very little left and I say that as a driver not an owner.

Everything is alright except the go function absolutely does nothing on iOS. It’s pretty useless. It would be nice to be able to use that. As well would be nice for most information be filled in such as vin and such and just have to confirm.

At first it takes time to figure out but once you do it makes our job so much easier. If we could just figure out how to make payments without checks it would save so much time. Maybe virtual credit cards like other companies do or something similar. It’s so easy to get work now if another assignment falls through and payments are the only thing making that hard.
