Some apps try to do too much and fail. Some apps do to little and are useless. BoomTownNOW has just the right about of functionality that you need on the go with a mobile device. All the heavy lifting needs to be done on the main desktop site, as it should be. While there are times some glitches appear, they are rare and not mission critical. Overall, very impressed. The team at Inside Real Estate needs to take note of BoomTownNOW so they know what a real CRM app should look like! Kudos BoomTown!

I really enjoy BoomTownNOW as my crm in real estate, however, I have to open BoomTownNOW 3 times each time I need to use it. The first time it loads everything like normal but then freezes. The second time it’s just the orange welcome screen, and then closes out. The third time (usually) it loads all the way and works properly. This isn’t just once a day but literally every time I attempt to use BoomTownNOW after it sits for more than 30 sec with no activity. I don’t have a dated phone and BoomTownNOW is up to date. Can we get this fixed please?

I have been using BoomTown for almost 10 years with three different companies in three different states (military spouse). I have always found it easy to use as my main CRM. I also like the fact that they update BoomTownNOW to make it more user friendly and it evolves as technology changes.

Love BoomTownNOW, 100% productivity tool, amazing for my business!!! Recent update however getting a little frustrating. 2 things, “lead flow paused” banner keeps popping up for no reason, can live with that.

But now when I enter call status, update drips, e-alerts, send email/text, BoomTownNOW force crashes and I have to go to the home screen, Fire it up, select the lead and call again.

Contacted support about a month ago, still going on. Kill the bugs and it’ll be a great app again!!!

It’s iPhone only, which I s unfortunate because there’s an entire army of us out there selling property and generating leads off of our iPads in the field. Creating marketing campaigns using the Canva app, Facebook/instagram Ads using the FB Ad Manager app, Email, responding to Texts and calls using the Google Voice app, writing offers on TransactionDesk in Safari, logging client details in my client files in the OneDrive app, etc etc etc... BUT if I want to use the BoomTown mobile app it’s only available on the small screen on my phone. Do the right thing and make it iPad compatible already!

Ive done my best to give BoomTownNOW a chance and make it work, but I’m officially done with it. I love the BoomTown platform, however, BoomTownNOW is a TERRIBLE representation of the rest of the platform. It’s marketed as a quick way to make calls and prospect, yet it’s extremely limited in how you can chop up your database.

If BoomTownNOW is supposed to help make it easier to prospect for business, than I should be able to go into BoomTownNOW and chop my database up how I would like it and use the quick functionality of BoomTownNOW to plow through as many dials as I can. Instead, I am limited in my options to either my To-Do’s, some insights, and limited sorting options.

Also, it’s constantly freezing and I am having to restart. In an industry where every SECOND counts, I’d rather spend more time trying to build my pipeline and business than wondering if an app will freeze.

Again, I love BoomTown and I’m really disappointed that BoomTownNOW isn’t more.

I’ve been using the BoomTown app for the last three years and have had a wonderful experience! Any time there is any chance of a technical issue (which is not often at all), the support staff has resolved the issue and been a dream to work with! I highly recommended BoomTownNOW!!

This company is the foundation for my business. Holds me accountable and allows me to look like the most professional real estate consultant in my market place. Also the staff is very helpful and always connects with us to show updates and how to really maximize the system. Highly recommend.

I’m a new Realtor. 11 months in and have been using these guys every since. Their system is incredible!! I love the CRM aspect of it. The customer support is perfect. I’ve used them multiple times and have always been very impressed on their knowledge and eagerness to resolve issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Easy to use lead generation. It’s a well thought out process for tracking your leads. Many options for contacting leads by phone, email, video email and text with pre written emails and texts. Or you you can write your own. I have had many sales thru boomtown.

I was a little hesitant at first but once I started watching the on boarding videos and taking the trainings. I actually spent time learning about the product and it has been working out very well for me. The mobile app is extremely simple to use. It’s like anything else, if it’s not used, it just won’t work.

Love love love using my Boomtown App. As a real estate agent it’s so convenient and easy to use. As I am on the go I can make quick notes, phone calls, texts, and keep it all organized and at my fingertips. As a team it allows us to get back to our clients sooner and create more raving fans for life!!!

App is easy to use. It’s intuitive. It makes it easy to power through your list of calls. Makes it easy to record all contacts and set up next steps. One step flows into the other seamlessly.

BoomTownNOW has issues. It should not require multiple attempts just to get to the fingerprint to open or to respond to a shark tank call. I find it time consuming and annoying. Further it’s constantly asking me to try or learn more about shark tank, which I already use, and it will not allow me to skip or move forward. I have to close out of app and start over. Several times it just freezes. BoomTownNOW could be far better with some tweaking, but today, not a huge fan.

I love how easy it is to use and to set a boom town. It helps me keep track of all of my new leads and what kind of contacting me with them. The only comment that I would make for improvement would be the ability to select specific properties when creating search for available homes.

I loved BoomTownNOW up until 2 weeks ago. Yes it doesn’t allow a lot of what I do on the actual website but it was enough to keep me informed on new leads and remind me what I needed to get done. There was an update and now it takes a good 5-10 mins to log in. Once I am logged in (which I used to just stay logged in) it doesn’t update real time. I would log a call on the website and BoomTownNOW would 15 mins later make note of it when it used to be simultaneous.

This is BoomTownNOW I live in to manage my pipeline. Constant updates and improvements from the development team is making me smile all the time! If you want consistency and predictable results this is the way to go. GreenBayGreg

I work as a buyers agent on a team and this saves me so much time. The smart drips are super helpful and the e-alerts are great. I like how it shows me who needs to be contacted and followed up with. Also I am able to watch my prospects’ activities so that’s very useful

BoomTown has made a significant difference in my success in Real Estate. They give you and your potential customers a wide range of tools to manage and nurture the process. If you do your part and follow their tutorials, you will be rewarded accordingly! I can personally attest to that! Bernie Lutz

A lot of the time I can’t turn the concierge off and text my own leads. My broker has reached out several times and we still haven’t gotten the issue fixed.
It would be nice if when you clicked on peoples favorites if all of them came up on the same page.

So happy to have an app that can do what the old fashioned files did, keeping me on track and organized. With all of my notes about my clients right at my fingertips!

It’s great to get a notification that a lead contacts you but the message does not populate for a few minutes in BoomTownNOW . This makes us look slow to respond so I have to text ALL clients from my personal cell. What’s the point of having a “Conversation” tab in BoomTownNOW if I need to switch them out of BoomTownNOW . BoomTownNOW doesn’t get pictures either. So it’s always an awkward conversation either way.

BoomTownNOW could be far better in my opinion. It has some good functionality, but on the same hand, it often doesn’t work right when you need it to the most. Especially when you have a lead come in and it takes forever for BoomTownNOW to open up and give the contact information. Come on Boomtown!

BoomTownNOW is ok for the most basic pieces of boomtown but lacks much of the functionality that makes boomtown useful. You can’t access all the information related to clients. I work on a team so we share clients but I can only see information about clients assigned to me. BoomTownNOW is a good start but I hope boomtown catches it up to the quality of their website system.

BoomTownNOW makes it so much easier for me to stay on top of my leads because I can do it on the go! I also get alerts the moment someone registers on my site so I can get to them in that ever important 5 minute window!

BoomTownNOW *almost* gets it right at virtually every turn.. but it has syncing issues, cant merge duplicate contacts, no way to create email templates (what??), certain design features are not intuitive. Hoping they read feedback and make needed adjustments. This could be a much more useful app.

Really like the fact that if I follow the laws of the pipeline it truly organizes and reminds you daily of who need to call.

Additionally it automatically sends pre-written emails and texts that truly re-engage your prospects.

Great app that really helps me stay efficient with my lead follow ups. Love that I can text and call new leads and my follow ups straight from BoomTownNOW !
