I submitted feedback a week or so ago, but it hasn’t changed so I’m writing this review. The “Sign In” feature will not let me actually sign in to my account. I enter my user name and password, but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my password being entered and continues to give me the error message: “This is a required field”. I use the auto fill password function via iOS and even tried entering it manually, but continue to get the same error message. I already tried removing LillyPulitzer and re-downloading to see if it was a glitch.

I can’t log in to see my Wishlist or access any stored customer account information (order history, address, credit cards, etc.) so I won’t be purchasing via LillyPulitzer or Lilly at all since they have such a limited style and size run at my local store. I could shop via my browser, but I shouldn’t have to attempt three different sources when I’m literally giving them my money.

I understand you have a high volume of shoppers but my daughter was online before I was. She had been in line since 6 am and I was in before she was and I when I went to check out it put the items I purchased 2 weeks ago back in my cart. Then it would not let me put in a state because it froze up and I lost a pair of shorts that I was trying to get because it froze up. Very disappointing today to know that I was in before my daughter who had been online on your website for 2 hours before the sale started and I got in 15 mins before and was in before she was and then could not check out correctly.

Updated LillyPulitzer (with a very un-Lilly looking logo but I digress.)

Now the iMessage stickers no longer work. You’d think they’d have checked that before they released the update. Oh well. I used to use them quite often.

And I agree with the other comments about having to accept cookies every single time you open LillyPulitzer . Just no.

I’ve had LillyPulitzer for probably 2-3 years now and I keep waiting for them to fix the glitches with it but it still hasn’t happened.
1) the “display more” button when viewing X out of XX products doesn’t work
2) unlike other apps where your cart is saved when you log into an account, you have to start over after logging in even if you were about to pay
3) overall glitchy and crashes frequently

If you love Lilly, you spend a lot of money to wear their clothing. You would expect great customer service to go along with it but that isn’t the case. They really don’t care if you shop with them or not and are willing to lose a loyal customer with no regrets. I bought a large amount of clothing the day before the promo began. I contacted them regarding the free items and was told I didn’t qualify. I asked if i needed to return the items and repurchase to receive the promos. They said I could do whatever i want. I live 90 minutes from the Lilly store, so I decided not to drive 3 hours round trip. The sales associate told me the day I purchased that I could email and receive the gifts with no problem. That was not the case. I would’ve been okay with it if the representative emailing me seemed to care one bit. Kindness goes a long way and much can be forgiven with a little compassion. I don’t believe Lilly could have condoned the poor customer service given to me.

The most recent update; first they were gone. Then you brought a few back which would not load…now they are accessible but are only a large square? Which cannot be used on a message because it is nearly 1/4 x 1/4 inch? Such a let. down.

So disappointed again with the online sale. Tried to sign on at 8:00 and had to wait almost 2 hours to get onto the site. Once on the site the few items I did intend to purchase were all sold out. I really wish you could figure out a better way to make it more attainable for us Lilly lovers to make our wishlist purchases. Unfortunately your prices have become way too high for us regular people to pay full price and we have to wait for your sale.

Trying to log into account to order would not let me.
Tried reset password, would not work!
Tried setting up new account, acknowledge I already had one!

Finally used PayPal! Might want to beta test or challenge your programmer to fix your app or test before rolling out!

In your next set of updates, can you make LillyPulitzer iPad friendly? When I open it, I have to switch my iPad to a horizontal view, but it should detect and open without having to switch.

Also, PLEASE fix the wish list so you don’t have to keep scrolling and scrolling - show the entire wish list (no other retailer makes me hit “show me more”). If you have a large wishlist, it’s very cumbersome to shop this way. And forget it if you click on an item, you have to start all over again with the “show me more”. Not user friendly.

I added a bunch of new items to my wishlist but when I try to look at my wishlist it keeps telling me I have no items. I had items because I just added a bunch of things yesterday!! This seems to be an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. It is really frustrating!!

I used a gift card. But it would not let me check out without a valid credit card. Even though my gift card well exceeded the purchase amount. By the time I entered it some of my items were sold out. Ridiculous

I absolutely love Lilly Pulitzer! It’s one of my favorite places to shop. Their colors and patterns are amazing. I love their products! The only negative thing I could possibly say is about their website/app~ I placed an order, and about two hours later I received an email saying that part of my order was canceled due to being out of stock. I know this time of year things run out of stock, I just wish that not only Lilly Pulitzer but other stores could keep their app/website up-to-date with the stock/inventory. It was an item I really wanted so I was really disappointed. Other than that I have nothing negative to say!

A while ago I had the same problem others had not being able to sign in on LillyPulitzer and had to switch to the regular website. That’s fixed, but now my wishlist keeps being deleted.

I just discovered this store let me tell you I love Lilly Pulitzer . The colors are beautiful truly Florida colors. The clothes are great fitting especially the pants. I also have a hard time finding clothes I like this is the first time I had no problem. Thank you Lilly Pulitzer

App is incredibly easy to use and contains a lot of pink! Pictures are clear and vibrant as in real life. Makes it easy to feed my Lilly habit :)

I love all of the items online. Any items I order from them I get so many compliments and their customer service is wonderful! A little pricey but worth it!

I have created my wishlist numerous times and it continually wipes out. It is incredibly frustrating. Please fix this.

I love the Lilly app! I was hesitant to download it, but now I am so glad I did. I use it to look and buy! I love the wish list, making a list of all your Lilly loves until you can buy them! When an item you have been watching sells out, it does not tell you that it is gone. It just takes it away so know your list in case you go shopping in a Lilly store. When you make a purchase, it does tell you when the item has shipped and now gives you a tracking number too! I love that you do not have to store your credit card number in your account (for security purposes) like other stores make you do. The only thing I wish Lilly would add is the ability to leave a review. The only way I can leave a review is to go on the computer. I cannot even leave a review on the mobile site. With all of this said, if you are thinking of getting LillyPulitzer, do it! You will not regret it! I love the Lilly app!!
