If you love Lilly, you spend a lot of money to wear their clothing. You would expect great customer service to go along with it but that isn’t the case. They really don’t care if you shop with them or not and are willing to lose a loyal customer with no regrets. I bought a large amount of clothing the day before the promo began. I contacted them regarding the free items and was told I didn’t qualify. I asked if i needed to return the items and repurchase to receive the promos. They said I could do whatever i want. I live 90 minutes from the Lilly store, so I decided not to drive 3 hours round trip. The sales associate told me the day I purchased that I could email and receive the gifts with no problem. That was not the case. I would’ve been okay with it if the representative emailing me seemed to care one bit. Kindness goes a long way and much can be forgiven with a little compassion. I don’t believe Lilly could have condoned the poor customer service given to me.

I submitted feedback a week or so ago, but it hasn’t changed so I’m writing this review. The “Sign In” feature will not let me actually sign in to my account. I enter my user name and password, but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my password being entered and continues to give me the error message: “This is a required field”. I use the auto fill password function via iOS and even tried entering it manually, but continue to get the same error message. I already tried removing the app and re-downloading to see if it was a glitch.
I can’t log in to see my Wishlist or access any stored customer account information (order history, address, credit cards, etc.) so I won’t be purchasing via the app or Lilly at all since they have such a limited style and size run at my local store. I could shop via my browser, but I shouldn’t have to attempt three different sources when I’m literally giving them my money.

I understand you have a high volume of shoppers but my daughter was online before I was. She had been in line since 6 am and I was in before she was and I when I went to check out it put the items I purchased 2 weeks ago back in my cart. Then it would not let me put in a state because it froze up and I lost a pair of shorts that I was trying to get because it froze up. Very disappointing today to know that I was in before my daughter who had been online on your website for 2 hours before the sale started and I got in 15 mins before and was in before she was and then could not check out correctly.
