How to fix 3CX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 3CX app on iPhone
Update 3CX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 3CX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 3CX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 3CX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix 3CX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent 3CX app issues:

Force Stop the 3CX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 3CX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 3CX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3CX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "3CX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 3CX.

Fix 3CX unable to contact server/ 3CX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click 3CX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got 3CX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 3CX on android.
