Don’t use Cute! There are better apps out there. I used to like this app/wish. I have used it for a few years now. It was cheap and had a lot of variety, but as I continued to use it, it became more expensive, does tricks like showing one price so you’ll be interested in it but then charges a higher price when added to cart, sometimes the “price” will be low but the “shipping” is ridiculous, sometimes item does not deliver, the item tracker is wack, and sometimes they send me the wrong item and give me trouble about shipping it back to them even though it’s their fault. It got really bad so I tried to limit my spending on it but kept Cute incase I needed something. Recently I bought some makeup items and a toy for my pet. It never came and I have been trying for two weeks to access my order history but can’t. Everywhere else in Cute works except my order history. Very suspicious. Wish has screwed me over too many time. I’m undownloading Cute, and I warn those who are interested in Cute to be cautious. Watch that order like a hawk!

Sure it’s cheap, it’s from China; the PRC manufactures all the things. Even the device you are reading this from (Newsflash; it’s not made in Cupertino). Even the high end makeup you might be wearing. But here’s the thing; it’s manufactured with strict quality control. Manufacturers can’t F up that formula of lipstick made for their famous Italian brand customer.

But, they can if it’s made in house under their own name.

So yeah, chances you will be getting the worst quality cosmetics because there is NO quality control. The QA team DGAF. And I shudder to think a bout the very real possibility of contaminants in that make up. It can be heavy metals, mice droppings, industrial grade silicone... you get the idea. So that $3 MAC eyeshadow you saw? Sorry. Faker than fake. You are kidding yourself if you think that Pat McGrath pallete is actually legit.

Don’t get me wrong, there are in house companies that do adhere to the cosmetic industry’s best practices and banned substances and whatnot. They exist. But if the misspelled words on the packaging of that “name brand” foundation you are eyeballing don’t raise an eyebrow, the UNSEALED glass dropper of highlighting fluid you just got in the mail will...

Because its a health hazard and something will happen to your face if you use it.

Same as what LollipopSucka said... You see the same products over and over again and even though you see one at one price then the same product at a lower price, it is still from the same seller. They are just using a selling tactic so that they are sure to reel you in...I know this because that’s what we use to do when I worked for a certain company, it’s no secret.. But it would be nice to see more variety of products, and since most of these are coming from China I am pretty sure these products are being made there also. So we know there are a lot more products that can be offered.!! And beings the prices are low you would make more of a killing of you offered more different products the the same things that your neighbors are selling.. Even though you are selling them at a lower price then your neighbors...

Honestly, Cute seems great. A lot of products that are 50-90% (or more) off. That's great. However, all of these items repeat. This drives me crazy because I want to see a lot of variety and I'm seeing the same thing over and over again at different prices. I also hate that some of the picture that you see isn't what you actually get. Sometimes, when you click on an item, there's a thumbnail. The thumbnail sometimes doesn't match what the actual product you're getting is. So, all in all, I don't love Cute. I don't hate it either. Will I order from them again? Probably if my first order gets through. But, I want there to be a lot of products and not just repeats.

Everything was fine got things I ordered either early or late also got refunded my money. What made me put a 3 star review was that I ordered 2 42 piece acrylic set from sparkle88 had good reviews got my tracking number and almost 3 months later still nothing contacted support and they said they no longer have that store available on the website they can only give me a refund one of the people that replied asked for all my info and said I would get a replacement later I get another msg telling me I’m refunded. Just don’t think it’s right for them to take the money send a fake tracking number having people wait for items for almost 3 months to just get refunded.

Generally, I love this app, but even when you order by measurement, and not stated size, sometimes they’re way off. I ordered a tank top for my size s sister, in size large due to review recommendations, and it was so tight (part spandex) she couldn’t breathe. Also tight on my size 0 (XXS or XS in US sizes) granddaughter. Also, descriptions are misleading. Ordered a set of colored pens (based on the accompanying picture), what I received was pen refills. Can’t use them without a pen around them. Ordered succulent seeds; they looked like a pinch of dust in a tiny baggie, with no instructions for planting. Had to look up a you tube tutorial and hope for the best.

Have to be very cautious of what you buy. ALWAYS look at product reviews AND store reviews. Shipping is outrageous, and also have a lot of trouble just placing an order. It keeps saying my payment was declined, but there is no reason it should be and I contacted customer service and they didn’t really do anything to help. They just said make the purchase again and when I did, same thing happened. Very annoying. Oh and it takes foreverrrrrrr to get to you! I’ve got some pretty cool stuff off of here and some very poor quality items that was nothing like it was advertised.

It’s great when you actually get your orders. I have had to pay for things I never got bc they changed the policy. If it’s over 30 days no refund. Half the stuff takes over 30 days to receive. There is also products not being how they appeared in pictures. Description can be wrong. I have received the wrong sizes. Not every transaction is bad. I do wish when you want to leave your cart to add more you are offered a discount that will never reappear unless you check out at that very moment. The automated customer service is a hassle as well.

I found a lot of this app accessories already after being on Cute for ten minutes. Already purchased a few items as well. The down side is that the products (8 total) I selected added up to $3 while the total shipping cost was $15. Yes you are getting great deals, but you’re adding in the regular price by paying the pricey shipping. I would suggest looking up promo codes to reduce the cost. So with my promo it subtracted $4 off so I only paid $14. The estimated time for the arrivals are all at different dates and all are over a month away. Though few customers have said delivery sometimes came earlier than what was expected. Definitely use promo codes. Shipping is pretty much all you pay for on these types of apps.

Sure, the other reviews are correct in their reporting of the facts. But, if you work the deals and discounts and evaluate your need versus want status, know what you have seen a product priced elsewhere, including your brick and mortar stores - it can be fantastic. I use it mostly to search for products - like beauty appliances - that I see in stores but don’t want to pay the hundreds of dollars to buy - if you check the descriptions and specs, you can find the exact same product here for less than $100 w/ shipping. Love Cute for specific products!

I have purchased many items from this app. I have been very pleased with most of the purchases. I have been complimented on many of the items.

My only concern is the items that were sent that I did not order. Without an invoice accompanying my purchases, I have no idea what didn’t get sent or what I may have been charged for items received that I didn’t order. Other than that, the quality of the goods are usually outstanding. Only occasionally is the quality what I consider inferior.

I’m in love with Cute....it literally puts all the beauty and cosmetic products that I need to purchase regularly at my fingertips! If you spend a lot of time and money shopping for cosmetics and beauty care than Cute is going to be a lifesaver for you! The prices are insanely low and product selection is honestly infinite...The choices are endless and it’s easy to compare prices and read customers reviews when your considering a purchase ...I will never wander the drugstore for cosmetics or pay Ulta’s ridiculous prices ever again!

I like this app, which is also ‘Wish’, however...although you can find great items for a great price, sizing is different (smaller as a rule) and with some offers, you’re pulled in with seemingly amazing price and when you go further to order, it can be a much higher price. I believe these are individual vendors, so be mindful. The best advice I can give on Cute is: READ REVIEWS! Also, IF there is a problem with late or a unsatisfactory item, they are awesome about refunding your money. I’m a fan.

I recently purchased numerous items on Cute , and it’s extremely cheap pricing! I haven’t received the products yet so I don’t know the quality, but the prices are great. However, the shipping cost can be rather pricey, and if you have a good 1-2months on your items then it’s not bad, but if you need it immediately I don’t think it’s worth it, bc the shipping price is so much! But I’ll definitely use it again, and I’m curious to see the quality of the products!

I use Wish & this app and have had no problems to complain of. I read reviews before making a purchase, as I would for any online purchase. I also consider the price when assessing the item upon arrival. If it were free or nearly so, and arrives as less than top-of-the-line, we'll then, I got a deal, didn't I? Next time, I'll buy the top at 3.00..... They always send a courtesy email to see if I have any questions or problems, too.
