if you want a shopping experience that’s loaded with every type of glitch, bug, and error, then this is BEAUTYBAY for you. I’m unable to use it for a full five minutes before I can’t deal with the Absolute Garbage Experience anymore.
I can’t scroll down more than halfway before BEAUTYBAY jumps back up by itself, I can’t view more than 3 products before BEAUTYBAY decides its Crash Time, and when I use the search feature BEAUTYBAY LOSES IT’S MIND. I’m talking like you want to scroll down? Forbidden. You want to view a product? Absolutely Not. You want to flicker back and forth between products and completely freeze the screen? Good. Because that’s what is happening. So far this is the most Useless and FRUSTRATING app i’ve ever tried to shop from.
it’s been over a week and i still haven’t been able to place an order due to described issues and my inability to work around them. I deleted BEAUTYBAY and just went back to shopping on their website, but I thought I’d write a review for any other poor soul who’s considering downloading this absolute nightmare. Stay far, FAR away.
I’ll be thrilled when/if beauty bay releases a functional update.

I really enjoy BEAUTYBAY, the feature that makes me choose beauty bay over any other site! BEAUTYBAY is really easy to use and makes the shopping experience all the better. I only wish that there were as many brands as there are on cult beauty, and more skincare products!

My biggest issue though is how difficult it is to review products. I’ve looked everywhere to try and find a place to do so, but I’ve come up empty every time. It’s nice to offer insight to products on basis of skin type, skin tone, etc. I’m disappointed that I can’t do so.

However I appreciate the free shipping on certain orders. It really makes a difference, and one of the main reasons I continue to use Beauty Bay.

For those wondering if this site is legit, it is! I’ve gotten all my orders on time, and very quickly!

I love love love this site!!!! It has hundreds of makeup brands and even its own brand that amazing as well! I will probably be getting all my makeup from this site and will definitely tell my friends about it!

It’s my first time using beauty bay and I waited way too long for them to arrive. I ordered skincare products and the box was open when I received it and one of the products was damaged and wasn’t sealed properly. I’m very disappointed 🥲 BEAUTYBAY is also glitchy and the delivery tracker is so difficult to navigate. Never again, would not recommend.

I love to shop in stores like Ulta or Sephora however neither of those compare to the online store of Beauty Bay. Not only is their personal brand great quality, but so are the brands they carry. Definitely Recommend to fellow Makeup lovers!

I truly love this company their pallets are absolutely amazing super pigmented and just incredible I am from the US and I don’t mind paying the extra for shipping because quality is at its finest!

BEAUTYBAY is fine but the customer service through BEAUTYBAY is horrible the total that they charge me was different then what was written in the payment page I tried contacting them multiple times emailing them my problem and they never answered I even tried to cancel my order and they didn’t cancel it I was so disappointed

Items took almost a month to arrive. Website says tracking takes 3-7 business days after shipping date. The tracker was not clear on where it shipped from or when exactly it was going to ship. Would not recommend.

Im in love with BEAUTYBAY , the brads and the beauty bay brand is amazing I always use Klarna and it’s amazing

Very bad in shipment trucking, cannot contact with costumer service because it is robots , also long time and I didn’t receive the shipment, now more than 3 weeks . I paid for shipment and I didn’t have it yet . So I advice people to be careful from BEAUTYBAY.

I love BEAUTYBAY but I can only order from uk I live in the us. That’s my only issue please expand.

You can’t view your wishlist. If you reach out to support they won’t help you, they just toss you from person to person regurgitating the same copy paste response. It’s pathetic.

Hard to finish check out from iPhone. Took several attempts. No way to specify the order was a gift.

I’m tired of too good to be true. I PAID FIFTEEN DOLLARS for Express shipping over a week ago! There is NO ETA. My shipment is still across the country. Stop robbing people, my gosh! I asked for refund as I don’t even need the package anymore, and I hope they’re return policy is at least fair.

I paid for the next day delivery to come to Ireland but it has been five days and I still haven’t received my package!
I’m so upset because I needed the things urgently. I’m definitely not ordering from this site ever again.

I love beauty bay but I just downloaded BEAUTYBAY and it isn’t showing any of the products when I try to see them. Help!

I live in the USA and this Apple app isn't in us currency. But online, on the webpage, I do see the USA currency.
