Nykaa – Makeup/Beauty Shopping Reviews

This used to be my favorite website & app to order stuff in india whenever I would visit or have someone coming from india. Since the last week of November I’m trying to access Nykaa but it repeatedly says there’s an internal error. I thought there was a problem with my phone so I uninstalled & reinstalled it but it’s still the same. Even on your website I can view things but when I try to login it says Network Error. Please fix this bug and have Nykaa & website working soon.

They don’t mention Delivery date or time..and they send msg about delivery date on the same day.. , so if u r not at home u will not b able to receive .. don’t like this app’s policy at all. I mistakenly ordered this app BB cream, I wanted to cancel order but before I cancel it got confirmed and there was no option to cancel it .. I waited for to receive the product and the return it. After I received I send request for return but it got rejected by this app ... So I can’t return..I don’t like the return and refund policy.. it better to go any cosmetic shop and chk the product then buy.. I wasted my money believing Nykaa..and the BB cream’s packaging was so bad, it was red from outside.. I want to rate Nykaa -100 ,u guys r lucky that don’t have that option..I never gonna use this app again .. I hate Nykaa. U guys don’t know the value of money.

I found a section in Nykaa yesterday regarding Korean skin routine. It had all Korean products listed in specific categories like face oils, toners, masks etc etc, thought of going through it in detail today but now I don’t see that section at all and it has been removed. How can I now find it, pls help!! I love Korean skin routine and want to see more sections specifically on that. You are doing a great job for all skin lovers and I must say you are my one stop shop for everything!! Your UI is simple yet very bright and engaging. Love it!!

I think you should rectify on Working on requirements of your international Customers as you are missing out on the sales that we give internationally, Everytime your app has an issue and its always related to “we have currently stopped access from abroad countries” this doesnt sound appropriate as our customers rely on your app due to the quality and originality of an item.
At times Nykaa is accessible at times it acts up! A solution is needed.

You will experience one of the following irritations. They either send expired products or products that are expiring in less than 6 months, or send products through a very cheap and unprofessional courier service such as Xpressbees, wherein the products don’t get delivered even in 20 days, with no clear update of where it is or when you will receive it.

I’ve always been a fan of this app since long time and they never disappointed me before but recently I ordered an eyeshadow which comes out broken so I returned it and I haven’t received the replacement product till now🙂 for which I’ve already paid 🙃I’m really sad.... and idk when will I receive it..... 🙂 I’ve been waiting for it since March Last week :)

Just downloaded Nykaa on iOS, and it would only give me ‘scan text’ option to input login details; my account details were already saved but it wouldn’t accept; gave ‘account doesn’t exist’ error a million times. Need a lot of improvement.

Placed my first order, hopefully this app won’t disappoint me with the service:)

I really like Nykaa . But have noticed that very often items are back in-stock, but I have not been notified that they are. Even tho I have clicked the “Notify me” button.

Had six items in my order. Missed the most expensive item in the line items. Shows delivered. Very difficult to reach support as they have not made it easy to speak with them.

The support and refund process was incredibly smooth once I figured out how to reach them via Nykaa

I moved to USA on 2018
Since than I have been buying products once a while when we plan India trip or someone visiting us
I wish u guys could deliver to USA
I have lot of friends who would love to shop too
Pls start delivering products to USA

this app is the best when it comes to its products and the genuine stuff they portray..
You can’t find such honest products with the certification proving its ethnicity!
Just love shopping with them as it is really easy to contact them and also, they send all the goodies with high appreciation and perfect service!
I would recommend it to as many people as I could!

Love Nykaa , all products are genuine and delivered max within 3 days as they claim in disclaimer. I deleted other top apps from my mobile after I started using Nykaa since 2015.

Look nowhere else since everything you'll ever need as part of daily grooming or makeup would be at your disposal via Nykaa within 3-4 business days. Very helpful and convenient.

Authentic products and speedy delivery. If you’re in a major city, you’ll most likely get your delivery within 2 days of placing your order. I’m happy with Nykaa. Especially for beauty essentials and makeup products, this is the most reliable site I’ve experienced so far.

I have used other shopping sites as well but never got a bad service like this app. Using this app for the 1st time, got the wrong product. It’s been 1 month since I asked for replacement but No response nothing. I am using this app for the 1st and the last time.
