I really thought this was a good idea

I’m rushed to the emergency. I go to the app to give them my information and the app won’t open at all. I’m afraid to delete it, I don’t want to lose the information. But if I can’t get into it useless. Please fix so I don have to delete.

The app won’t allow me to put relationship status to patient so I can’t progress in the app. Terrible update!
