I can’t understand why moroccan companies think they can get away with these practices? Lots of broken apps and slow updates.
This app does sign up correctly, but it’s just THAT. It doesn’t read on single information about your account, doesn’t tell you how much credits left, or what call/messages/whatever you have done recently, basically it’s useless. Fix this if you want a proper review.
Useless, bad customer service

A useless app, chat doesn’t work and the other options are really not well thought of, if i needed an app just to check or get more credit i could do that from my phone or my bank app. In addition to that very poor customer service.

The app doesn't fulfill its main function which is show you how much credit you have left.
Arabic support still needs a lot of work.
The app does let you top up you account but that is easily done via banking apps. So for now this is pretty useless.
