I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review before, but I have been thoroughly disappointed with ProFed‘s new app since they made their changes at the end of October. It constantly says that there is a server error and won’t let me login. This is a critical app to have and needs to work so much better. I have been with ProFed for over 30 years and will likely leave and head to another bank if these issues are not resolved very soon as this is getting ridiculous.
I literally cannot access my bank account. I had no problems with the old app and now I’m having problems left and right. This new app was uncalled for. They should have just updated the old app instead of making an entire new one, forcing everyone to create a new account. I have tried creating an account and contacting the bank for three hours now. I hate this update and the person who suggested it.
Its set up way more complicated the other one was straight forward and to the point with more details on the name of your transactions so you actually know what it was for as well as its saying i can only use a certain amount of my account even though i have more than double that amount and no money pending according to the pending tab. Confusing. Thumbs down.
