It is absolutely horrible and treble experience in trying to get information about Skitto Sim product. Customer service reps have got no knowledge at all. I am shocked how a company like Grameenphone has put an outfit like this to ridicule their brand. Grameenphone Service any way dwindling down everyday ..

Look man! We have to perform every single work through this app. You guys should keep that on mind. If this app crashes during emergency situations then I’m sorry to say I have to deactivate this sim. Come on guys! Remove all the bugs from it. Make it more user friendly.
