How to fix Mondly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mondly app on iPhone
Update Mondly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mondly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mondly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mondly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mondly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mondly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mondly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mondly » click [Force Stop]

Update Mondly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mondly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mondly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mondly.

Fix Mondly unable to contact server/ Mondly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mondly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mondly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mondly
